Super disappointed in Braum's. When I first tried Braum's almost 12 years ago they cared about allergies and could make accommodations, when I worked at Braum's same, if the allergy was something we already sold we could accommodate. Now it's a guaranteed no, so if you have allergies don't bother going, they won't make changes anymore even if they did last week.Dietary restrictions: Don't go if you have any, they no longer make changes even for allergies

Food was typical fast food but what was super annoying is they don't have a changing table in the bathroom so had to change my baby in the parking lot in my car. This isn't very family friendly.

Visiting Springfield for the weekend and looking for a quick late lunch and saw the "hamburgers" sign and a full parking lot so why not? Order and pick up at the counter so no frills and plenty of clean tables available. Going back for ice cream after dinner and maybe stopping by for more to take home when we leave in the morning. The food was great and the staff very friendly.

I have not been to braums in some time. But today after being sick all week I decided to get something solid to eat. Asked for a double Jr with only mayo mustard lettuce and pickle. I was told they could not add lettuce as if yall don't have any lettuce? I would have paid extra but I told the gentleman taking my order to forget about the lettuce. I get to my car and take a bite of my double jr and it had ketchup and pickles. I can't stomach the taste of ketchup. So I go to the drive through. I explained my order was wrong and the lady at the speaker rudely told me that is how it's made. I then explained I asked for it to be made different. They have me pull up.. 1st window the guy tried charging me and when he realized I was the messed up order he was honest kinda rude.. then I get to the 2nd window and the lady which I assumed was on the speaker gave me my food and I tried to give the messed up burger back as i cant eat it she told me to keep it.. I am now leaving taking a bite from the new burger.. they burned the patties.. I didn't get no apology or sorry for you inconvenience not even a thank you for stopping in and spending you money with us.. I will not be back to this location.

It's a burger joint. The kids enjoyed their food and shakes. My chili was good. Service was fine. The coolest part was they had a market section with their products. I didn't have room in my cooler and a 3 hr drive otherwise I would have gotten some stuff
