I just have to say that people are letting younger people manage places and the place isn't kept up clean.. The hats don't get the kids head. The shake machines are horribly dirty. The uniforms should be clean daily. It's you all ever need a good manager just saying..

This is my adult sons favorite place to take me. It's not expensive and their ice cream is excellent!! The last time we went though, the food wasn't up to par, we use the drive-thru when we go. Prior times that we went, the food was really good!

The employees are awesome.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal and my three year old grandson almost finished eating everything so he could get a chocolate sundae with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. He really enjoyed being there.

During my visit today, the girl at the counter Amelia was incredibly kind and helpful. My only issue is that the manager (man in vest and not in uniform as to why I assume he was the manager) was being incredibly rude and sprinting around the kitchen. As someone who had worked in a kitchen environment, managers like this only make service slower and their employees miserable. Besides that the food was great, and again the girl at the counter was wonderful.

Worst service ever at the one on sunshine in Springfield mo. The workers gravitate to just the ice cream area, and forget about me standing waiting to do a food order. I had to ask to be waited on and I finally just left without ordering. Not enough help. Incompetent workers. Don't know how to multi task. I'm really disappointed.

Honestly the Strawberry shake I had was average at best. The best Strawberry shakes still come from Dari-b in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
