I couldn’t get ahold of my boyfriend or sister who were going to get me ice cream and so I called this location and asked them if they’d be able to add a water to their order when they got here and they did! Best service ever!

It's always good but not delicious. But u get plenty for your money. I dislike how they try to rush you out though. They don't open the window til they're shoving the food through and they say nothing. If u want sauce you'll have to sit and wait for them to open the window again, like you're hassling them. Feels like McDonald's because of that.

I have never been to this location. It was gross. The condiment and drink bar smelt so nasty ?. You could tell it wasn't maintained. The service was mediocre with most of 6he employees just not acknowledging anybody. We picked Braums bc I promised my kids ice cream. Not worth it. The poor kid was trying to scrape the bottom of all the barrels ? it tasted so bad.

A few months back we complained to the district manager about the unclean kept cooking and ice cream area. It seemed to improve shortly after that. Today we went for some vanilla Ice Cream in a cup and there was green stripes in the vanilla. Again, they do not know how to use clean ice cream scoops. The blame falls squarely on the manager of this location. We will not be returning to the Braum's on West Republic Rd.
