This is potentially the best coffee in Springfield. If you're looking for "campfire s'mores" flavors and the like; look elsewhere. Their tiny menu basically translates to one item: fantastic coffee. A mocha is one latte option they do offer, and the coffee flavor supporting it is bold, and flavorful like nowhere else in town.Even the espresso machine here looks next level, and the operator knows what he's doing. Each coffee I've had has been as incredible as the last. If you're looking for Pacific Northwest quality and ambience in Springfield, this is your place.Just look at that beautiful, foamy goodness in the pic. And how many mochas I drink from places all around.

Brick & Mortar has that Cheers-like vibe. It seemed like everyone in there knew each other and when you start talking with the staff, you feel like you're one of the regulars almost immediately. They were great in offering insight, advice and general tips about coffee brewing, flavors and techniques. I picked up my first of many bags!

If you're a coffee snob, this is the ONLY place in Springfield. If you're an enthusiast, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Fantastic espresso machines and extremely well kept, not to mention the beans are roasted with tender care each time and make the best coffee.
