Visited their Joplin location……simply outstanding!
Expected the same here……Bad….very bad.
Go to Joplin!

Good food and good service!

Don't order to go because its always something. They gave me a ramekin of coleslaw as one of my sides and exactly 14 pieces of okra. I spent $17.35 to basically get 2 bites of sides and fish. Times before that, you'll be lucky to get the sides that cant all go together in one container. Food tastes good, but make sure to dine in and save yourself the irritation.

Excellent food, excellent service. The server was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Offered a food suggestion when asked, and she was spot on!

Normally my wife and I eat here at the Springfield Missouri restaurant 2-3 times a week. Why does this restaurant constantly run out of white wine??? It’s becoming obvious that you simply don’t need customers like us. I can’t even believe that I’m writing this!!! ☹️

Had danced around this place for a year and finally decided to check it out. It was easily one of the best decisions we could have made. Our waitress Jessie was so nice and attentive. She made sure our drinks were always refilled and recommended some awesome dishes on the menu. We even ordered dessert, something we never do at a restaurant. Would highly recommend this place and we will for sure be back!

When we arrived, we were seated immediately but placed in a dark corner, away from everyone else. We waited nearly 10 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us. After ordering and receiving our food, she disappeared and didn’t return until I was ready to pay. It then took her another 5 minutes to bring back my credit card. As we were leaving, she sarcastically said, “Have a good day, I guess.” This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Terrible service.

Every meal we have tried at Bricktown has been, not just good, not just very good...it's been delicious! This is my go-to place from now on! The Cauliflower Pizza is THE BEST! Their burgers taste great. And the Shepherd's pie is the best cheat meal in the world! And the service is terrific as well.

We celebrated our Thanksgiving there the food and service where Awesome.
The wait to be seated not so much so, but it was Red Friday, so I do somewhat understand.

Got food from there last night and it was terrible, I don’t know how but my French fries tasted like broccoli. My cheese curds were really oily. Pretzel sticks was really dry. The chips were burnt and my burger didn’t have anything i requested on it. The food use to be really good here but it was just miserable last night.
