I ordered the half slab of ribs they were amazing nice hickory smoke flavor I highly recommended bubbas bbq I definitely will be eating here again I didn’t much care for the baked beans they tasted like they had sweet potatoes mixed in but with that being said 5 stars hands down

Totally sad that this place sucked. It smells so good in here but the food came warmish and was gross and bland. The pulled chicken and pork were as if put threw in a blender and almost a apuree.

My son and I ate at Bubba’s today. Great experience. Food was perfect. Always enjoy the low key atmosphere. Burnt ends and pulled pork were perfect. If you like fresh cut fries, this is your place. My son said he had the best burger in Springfield. Thanks for a great Sunday lunch.

Food was dry, no flavor, and cold. Chicken was very bland and seemed like it was out of a can. Ribs were the best part but it was room temperature. Potato salad tasted like it’s expired so I threw it away asap.
