One's life is simply not complete if you've never had a smoked turkey from Bubba's. I mean, once you just smell the savory, smokey aroma of their perfectly prepared birds, you're gonna attack it with a full vengeance like the Bumpus' dogs in A Christmas Story. As I write this I'm shoving big chunks of sumptuous cold turkey into my mouth like some kind of uncivilized heathen who only has turkey on the brain till the leftover container is empty. Oh how I long for Thanksgiving to return again so my appetite will be fully satisfied with a smoked turkey from Bubba's!

Great bbq but only gave us a thimble full of bbq sauce. We had 2 meals. Get got 2 tiny containers of sauce 1/8 full. This really is how much sauce we got. Guess we should have checked after we got the food at the drive thru. Picture really is how much sauce we got. Meat was excellent though.

Just ordered dinner from here through DoorDash. Highly disappointed. I ordered the "smoked then fried" wings. They weren't fried or crispy and the only heat to them was the hot sauce they were tossed in. The fries I got were limp, cold and tasteless and for $5.99 per order, I expected a large order of hot fries not the cold kid portion I received. After reheating everything the Pit Beans were the best part of my order. Tried to call restaurant to try and resolve issue but didn't get answer.

My husband and I usually go to Buckingham's but bubba's is my new favorite BBQ spot!!! If I could I'd give it 10 ⭐⭐⭐ absolutely amazing!

Food was subpare most of the burnt ends was nothing but fat ! 🤢 The beef was dry. Ribs were tough. I don't know where you got you're recipe for coleslaw but that was not coleslaw it was nasty and old enough the red from the cabbage had discolored all of it. ( FYI adding more dressing doesn't help when it's old) Very very little flavor to the meat and took forever to get it was slow in the building and took 25 mins. The lack of amount of food for 30 bucks is ridiculous. I expected way better coming from this place. Been a year since we had came due to bad food and serve don't know that we'll waste our money trying again.

I was not impressed with the BBQ here. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of room. The menu looked good on paper but the BBQ didn’t taste good. I didn’t like my brisket sandwich or the fries. Not worth my money. The staff were very friendly but the BBQ wasn’t worth my money. Come have real BBQ in Kansas City instead.
