I ordered the half slab of ribs they were amazing nice hickory smoke flavor I highly recommended bubbas bbq I definitely will be eating here again I didn’t much care for the baked beans they tasted like they had sweet potatoes mixed in but with that being said 5 stars hands down
My son and I ate at Bubba’s today. Great experience. Food was perfect. Always enjoy the low key atmosphere. Burnt ends and pulled pork were perfect. If you like fresh cut fries, this is your place. My son said he had the best burger in Springfield. Thanks for a great Sunday lunch.
Let's be honest, this BBQ is cheap but it hits the spot. That's all that needs to be said about this place, but I'll elaborate. The BBQ isn't covered in a lot of seasoning which I think adds to the style they've got going on. Compared to other places that charge 30+ dollars just for a single pound of Meat I'll take Bubba's meat instead. It might not be the best but it's sure good for how much you're paying for it & doesn't...
