Delicious food, great servers, and if you come in often, as we do, you can get all kinds of good deals on the app! Its one of our most favorite places to get wings and street tacos! They let you sample the different sauces BEFORE you order, which is awesome. And the staff has great customer service, every time we are here! I highly recommend for a date, solo eating, family eating, any kind of wanting of a gathering. And surprisingly not loud, even with cool T.V.s playing all kinds of sports everywhere. A pleasant atmosphere.

Strap in cause this bad review is gonna be an adventure!

Let’s start at the beginning. We walk in just before 8:00pm. We stand at the front door waiting, and waiting, and waiting for over 10 minutes. Finally we get ask how many and told that there is a 20 minute wait. So we put our name on the list and wait.

Finally our name is called. Then the guy realizes that the booth he was going to sit us at wasn’t actually clean so he walks off to go do that and just leaves us standing there.

The guy finally comes back and we get seated (This is where the real adventure begins.)

We wait a little over 15 minutes before seeing anyone at all. (We’re were about to just get up and leave before the waitress finally came over). We get our drinks ordered and just decided to go ahead and order our food since it had already been so long. it would take another 15 minutes for my beer to come over which was semi room temp by the time in got to me but whatever.

We waited and finally at 9:00ish had gotten our food.

My wife wasn’t super hungry so she just got the ultimate side platter thing. Her pretzels were BEAT (pictures added) and there was paper that was stuck to the bottoms of all of them so we had the waitress ask them to remake them. They came out in the exact same condition so she just said she didn’t want them.

The waiter was talked to the manager who was able to get a measly $5.00 off and didn’t even have the courtesy to walk over and apologize or speak to us at all.

I feel like I just paid $50 to get the absolute shittiest service I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life.

We will never ever be going back. Good riddance.

Always a horrible experience getting takeout. Witnessing the manager/expo touching food with their bare-hands that fell off on the expo line and receiving cold food after waiting 45 minutes shows the quality of service this location offers.

The food is great but the service is just ridiculously slow. And I mean SLOW!!!! Last two times of doing pickup orders, and food taking over an hour past the pick up time before it’s ready and last 2 delivery orders that are over an hour late because it’s not ready and then missing half the food you order. The food is amazing it’s just not worth the wait when they can’t even have pick up orders ready when they say it’s going to be ready for pick up. Five or ten minutes late for pickup is one thing but it is seriously over an hour the last two times and I’m not exaggerating.

Me, my 36 week pregnant wife and my almost 2 year old daughter arrived here at 12pm. We got sat down after 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby with nobody else in line and not a lot of people sitting down either. We then waited over an hour without any update or at least a “sorry” while waiting. We ended up standing up and leaving before getting our food due to the terrible service. It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if their service was more directed towards communication. We were never warned about it taking long either.

Never come back, the staff couldn't finish a simple togo order

This place is bullshit the food was dry and bad first off and second they charged me twice on my card for a tip I tried to call to talk to someone and the phone number says your call cannot be placed at this time try again later

Oh my lord I have never written a bad review on a restaurant before because I am in the service industry. But I have gotten take out here before and get the jammin jalapeño bone in wings and one night I had too re order it 3 times cause they kept giving me boneless and I had to go the 4th time and they finally got it done right. Tonight guess what I got the jammin jalapeño bone in wings and they were boneless I got 2 large ranch and guess what they send 2 tiny half filled containers. How can you mess up so many times it is actually crazy. They need to have there employees actually read the receipts and check the food before they send it out. I get crazy nights but there should not be an occasional occurrence every-time I order from here. No body wants to spend 20 dollars on 10 wings that aren’t even done right and boneless is less expensive 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was gonna end it here just looked at the wings there boneless chicken teriyaki and orange chicken😐 how do you mess up that bad. Do they just grab a bag and throw random stuff inside it oml!

Visited for some Sunday football (Go Bears). Got the 2 for 19.99 deal, loved it!
The server did an awesome job with our group of 8.

Lemon pepper dry rub! Lunch date witht sweet girls!
