Buffalo Wild Wings

It's like a normal B-Dubs except horrible service and rude employees. Anytime I order to-go in store they completely forget about my order and half of the other peoples order. I understand a long wait but when you see people who order after you walk out with their food before you and then leave before you, or people who order before you and leave after the situation is not okay. They need to hire more staff or find a different solution, because it's not okay to have ordered online and wait over an hour after the scheduled pickup time after checking in with the employees.

When I tell you to never come to this establishment again, I mean it. Food was absolutely cold and came out 30min after I placed the order. Service was absolutely terrible as well. Waitress didn’t acknowledge how the food was or anything. Fries were stale and disgusting. A six year old kid could make a meal better than this place.

Very disappointed! Ordered 20 wings. My husband eats the drummies& flats I only eat flats.
We received 19 drums and 1 flat REALLY?
I ate that one and I was done. Thanks for the meal BWW…. Not!

We come here almost weekly and 9/10 times it's been anywhere between a 10-15 minute wait at the front for someone to even acknowledge my existence when I'm coming to pick up food. Unfortunately, that means the once good chicken gets less good as it sits and usually end up with cardboard fries. At this point they just need other workers willing to step in and make sure everyone is helped more often. After my late shift, it just feels like such a bummer to come here and do our weekly ritual now...

slowest service EVERRRRRR. Literally every time we go it takes at least an hour for our food to come out. 2 stars cause the food is fire (it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for 30 mins)

I put in a pick up order today for the pick 6 deal and a free burger as it was our first time. Ive been super sick and finally felt better and was craving tots. Anyway. I put in the order, the app showed it went through and told me it would be ready at 1pm. Checked the bank, card charged. Got to the restaurant and they have no order... I don't blame the staff its not their fault. I went back into the app and wouldn't you know it the order is gone.... we are now out $30 as we charged it to a credit card and if we want the money back we have to go through getting a new credit card. Honestly we would have just taken the food but that wasn't even offered. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience and I truly hope someone reaches out. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Money is on short supply these days.

Update: The app is under my fiancees name (Ryan French) it was just easier when he went to pick up. Thank you for taking the time to respond I really appreciate you ❤️
