Food was excellent how we ordered it is how it came out we have to give a shout out to Miss.Chloe she did recommend a top-shelf long island but with Blue alcohol it is super delicious but not to sweet she is a great waitress.

Never again.Unfortunately we had a very inattentive and annoyed waitress. Then the food came out and it just got worse from there. None of us had ever been to BWWs.
My hamburger came out with a long black hair on it! Not mine I'm gray!! I had asked twice to remove the item off my bill. Finally it was remove. I was never asked would you like anything else? We were passing through,I will 110% never step foot back in there. Terrible all around from waiting 30+ minutes for food! I wish I would have just packed my family up and left.

I Accidentally placed my order wrong. Manager was able to fix my error with minimal effort. Amazing service, great food, and regulars deals. What more could you want?

Redesign is awkward and it feels exposing to sit in that first little area, especially near the server's station. BWW has always been slow when it comes to food delivery and I've come to accept it, but I knew this day would come. Our server was also awkward as hell and somewhat daft. She attempted to memorize our order and got it wrong and blamed the kitchen which ended up getting us a free 5 wings, but my 10 boneless wings were cold. Like "someone played these and left them outside of the heat lamps for 15 minutes" cold. BWW is so stinking slow about cooking food, so I didn't bother telling her that my food was cold because I knew it would considerably waste more time; time justified by receiving our correct replacement order as we were leaving. I mean, it tasted fine, but eating cold chicken is always weird. Think I'm done with BWW. It's clear the national chain isn't interested in TATs that work for consumers and the menu is about as interesting as McDonald's with just as much innovation.

We sat there for over an hour waiting on our food. There were 2 tables that came in after we had ordered that got their food before we did. Then, we had to ask our server how long until our food would be out. She finally came back with our food. Food wasn't even warm. Very poor experience!
