Ever increasingly long waits, food that comes out cold and hard, and an obvious focus on drive through over customers in the lobby only drives home an intensifying feeling that in the wake of COVID, customer service is dying and nobody will mourn it.I hope you have a car if you want even marginally acceptable service because on the whole, burger king doesn't care about you if they have to look at you.Kid-friendliness: It isn't kid friendly.Loud and aggressive staff, empty soulless...read full review
