This was the longest wait time i have ever been through ever in a fast food line or any lane for that matter. I couldn’t even leave because i was boxed in with cars. This was insane how long this wait was, i am in shock still. Received the food, it was all cold….

Terrible service. They forgot our fries and gave us the wrong drinks. The burgers were cold and overcooked. And the woman at the drive thru was very rude.

Went in today to have a meal with my daughter who drives up to meet me anytime I'm in the area. This is our go to spot and has been for over 10yrs. One of the workers there gave us attitude and actually told us to leave. We called Anna the general manager and had a conversation with her. She is AMAZING and made it right. We highly recommend this store and are so thrilled with the way the general management handled the situation. Will recommend to anyone and everyone and we will keep making our stops there as normal.

Just got a whopper. Burger was ok but at $7 just for the burger it was WAY overpriced. Won't be going there again.
Went to BK for the last time tonight $17.00 for a burger and onion rings. is ridiculous could have gone to a sit down diner for $15.00 after tip. BK you've lost my business.

Oder number 2 . No one in drive thru. Took 20 plus mine ro get food . No condiments or napkins. Forgot Parton the Orr. Sign on drive through said by two cookies , get a free ice cream cone didn't receive my cone . Then the burger was made really sloppy with extra Mayonnaise.meat was burned. On top of that , the woman and the drive through is rude as hell

I am absolutely disgusted by what I walked in and saw while I was trying to put a order in on the app. Lobby was trash but honestly that was the smallest issue. The manager there (black and red hair) had hair everywhere and was eating at the counter and kept touching her mouth and face and then touching customers food and bags without even bothering to wash them. That is horrible. Then a customer came to the counter and she was talking To them through the food in her mouth. I immediately cancelled my order in the app and walked right out. That is disgusting. As a manager of a different fast food place, that kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Please fix your store. I will never return to that burger king and will share this experience with everyone I know.

Me and my wife were in the lobby ordering online and the lady bagging food was eating fries and sucking on her fingers afterword, then proceeding to out food in the bags. I am absolutely disgusted at this to the point we walked out without even ordering.
