Went here at 2:30 to 2:45 pm. Place was not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes to try to order food. No one even offered to take order. I would give no stars if I could.

Food always takes at least 15 mins to order and receive in drive thru everytime I go there

I usually wouldn't complain about a long wait time, however tonight we spent more than 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru, waiting on the food to get done. I don't understand why it took that long since there was four people working. But I guess honestly what made the situation worse tonight is that the food wasn't even warm when I got it. Disappointing experience

Idk why I keep trusting these guys. Multiple times have items been missing (burgers or other items) and I don't find out till I'm sitting down. Mostly, you pay for multiple sauces to be in the bag and only get one packet. Double check for your items before you leave.
Update: in response, no. You don't care cause your fix to missing items is give 10 dollars off on orders that cost 20. And even if 2 $10 off is given you can only use one at a time.
I'm a 60yr old female, my younger sister & I happened to want a burger @ Burger king, @ store # 3475 Glenstone, Nadia, this young lady, was professional yet so friendly , you see, my younger sister & I are going through some tough times.. & to see & have someone to be kind & use there manners .. it means alit to us. . So I ( we) say ty Nadia, & ty Burger king.. Happy Holidays to you & those at this Burger king restaurant !

Evening staff is terrible. Placed online order arrived at the store and received the wrong drink, then was told to pull forward while they finished my order, waited over 10 mins for them to never bring me my order. I had to pull around and go inside the store to get my food where I was met with a bad attitude by the manager on duty. Terrible service at night.

I purchased the Fried Pickle Ranch million dollar Whopper. The burger had little flavor and was not worth the money. Needless to say it was disappointing. The staff was less than engaging and no one looked like they cared to be there. I won't be frequenting this "Restaurant" ever again. I hope that other people have a better experience than I did but the point of this review is to simply set expectations for any future patrons that the food will most likely be subpar.
