This location doesn’t care about the orders that they mess up, I just had a lady hang up on me because I said they should pay more attention to the orders. You took my money but can’t take the truth. You messed up the order and hung up on me for saying you made a mistake. 20 dollar mistake. Thank you Burger King. I didn’t except to get it my way anyway. McD’s from now on.

It is a pleasure to interact with friendly, pleasant, smiling drive through staff today! 9/13/2024 noon hour. Both the lady who took the order and the one who handed me my food. ?
We ordered at 10:25pm, and the burgers were thrown together, and they didn't listen to the no Mayo we asked for. They gave us fresh fries, but there wasn't a drop of salt on them, and they claimed the nuggets were fresh, but they were just refried.
The morning crew and manager were very disrespectful. No greeting the heavy set guy just stared at me until I ordered something. The woman manager was unkind and mean as if she didn't want to be there or take my order. I will never bring my family to that burger king in the morning again. But on a good note the other two managers which are ladies are very respectful and courteous. Those two make me want to come back to your establishment. Thanks for listening.
