Very slow, food was kinda soggy, and bless her heart the young lady working the cash window didn't know how to work the screen or anything.
Best BK I’ve been to. Consistently clean, good service, and the food is always on point too.
They have ants just crawling around on the walls and floors

We go to the West Republic store several times a week and get their awesome iced mochas. The staff are super friendly and today they had to make fresh ones and Triston hurried the order and got it right out to us. He goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! All of the staff are just great!
So I used to work here and one of the main problems that i found is that certain customers order between $60-$80 worth of food and expect it to come out within 10 minutes. And not just one person, this will be like 3 in a row. They don't think about others that will be in line behind them. The amount of small item sides, ans custom sandwiches they order is ridiculous, and those take the longest. This is fast food, not the place to buy an entire family's worth a food. I feel bad for people that order $10 worth of food after some fats order the whole menu because we make the food in the order that it comes in. Do not come to Burger King on Sunday. We have 4 churches all around. They get off at the exact same time, and for some reason, everybody and their mother thinks that this is the place to be, it's not. Don't come in between the hours of 10 and 1 and expect your food to be out on time and everything to be there. Especially drive through, because we also have people that come inside. Don't blame us for the drive through times, blame the car in front of you with 5, 300 hundred pound people that think a diet soda will offset the amount of garbage they ordered. Also, it's your own fault if you willingly wait in line for over 30 minutes and then complain, just leave. We do appreciate the business and we love our regulars they are the best.
But try really try to think of others. And we don't start making your online order until you reach the window and tell us your name. The store is 5 star the customers not so much.
My 6 year old son loves burger king. This is the closest. I have never had such slow service as I have consistently received here. On our most recent visit we waited nearly 40 minutes for food at the drive thru. Our kids were screaming with hunger. We had already paid or we would have left. At the end we only received the sandwiches and nuggets we ordered; no fries. They panicked and said they'd have to make some after all that time. We left with half our food after a 40 minute wait at the drive thru window, from 5:30-6:10 pm. This was the worst, but we've had multiple 15+ minute waits here.
Jasmine the manager is super rude . Terrible manager at this locations seems she’s unhappy with her job! Super slow location. Took about 10 min or more to get my food very unbusy night! Terrible place . 10:20pm tues night ordered at 10:25pm got my food at 10:42! My bag was just sitting out for about 10 minutes! Manaager
Said she was making new fries but watched her leave my bag out getting cold for 10 minutes. I will never be aback
There's fast food, then there's this Burger King. Painstakingly slow preparation of food that puts it in the category of a sit-down restaurant. The one dude running thr front register looked at my 5 times over several minutes before acknowledging me in the most verbally sluggish manner. Also not wearing gloves while packaging food. Nope, no thank you.
I would like to congratulate this Burger King for having the slowest drive thru I've ever been through.

Our chicken sandwiches were room temperature, not warm or hot at all. Server had the personality of a rock. Trash cans full, drink area sticky and dirty. Lobby not the cleanest either. We won't be returning.
Sandwich dry waited a while for it walked in to get mustard they forgot and the dude was STUFFING HIS FACE FULL OF FRIES watched them then take out trash with same gloves , disgusting I’d like to seriously not eat this
Another experience.. I urge everyone to always check their orders . No exaggeration but every single time I come here something is always missing out of my bag. It's either sauce, french fries, mozzarella sticks or multiple items. I hate to sit at the window holding up the line, but I am going to start checking my bag before I leave the window. Most people here are friendly when I come in to let them know, but you always have someone that huffs and puffs like it's my fault that I want what I paid for .
Bad experience at this Burger King. Ordered online and went thru drive thru to pick up. They handed us our drinks and asked us to pull forward for our food. There was already a guy in front of me waiting for his as well. Another car came up behind me and waited as well for a long time at the window because there was no room left for him to pull up. Awhile later, guy behind me at window is handed his food while me and the guy in front of me are still waiting. They preceded to tell us that another customer came back complaining about his order so they had to remake his food, so ours was now going to be even longer. I decided to speak to the manager and let her know that I am a patient person and do not mind waiting however, the car behind me at the window should have never been handed his food. Regardless of him at window, he ordered last and the man in front of me should have gotten his first. Then myself then the car at window which is exactly why i do not like pulling forward because the window is always first to get their food which us not right. I would have given a one star however. The employees were kind and they did add free food to my bag for the inconvenience. I am only posting this in hopes management reads it and stops handing food to people at the window first when others you made pull forward have been waiting a lot longer.
This restaurant is awfull . The food isn’t fresh first, and the associates working at this particular franchise are angry dealing with the customers. This is a terrible outcome for all three . Franchisee, management, and customer. Training is important to a well loved area for customers and businesses bottom line , ( profit.) .
8:41 doors are locked. I wasn't allowed to lock them when I was the only one on duty even if I had no employees which happened often. Shannon got fired over it.
