Never again ~ I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but never again. Corporate needs to be aware of how poorly this place is ran. I ordered burgers (embarrassing product-see photo) and a large onion ring and it was 1/2 full of fries, they tried to sneak it past me, fries were at the bottom of the container, I called to complain and and their Manager, Gavin, was very disrespectful, very pissy and short tempered and said “what do you need dude”, he needs to be fired. 12.15.24 at 3:30 pm

Almost 13 dollars for a whopper combination with cheese. Ordered the small. . Ya'll ain't that good! Sonic can deliver a better product at lower cost

Super slow!!! Expect to be at the drive thru order box for 20 minutes....... then after you order another 30 minute wait. How is it that the food is cold once it got to the car.......

$12 for a small Whopper meal. PLEASE, you've got to be kidding. Food was OK for fast food, service was good ( they almost got everything into the bun) but BK has gone overboard with pricing. They will be closing locations along with the rest of the FF industry. Hope they all choke and fold with their high prices.

We used to come to this location often however the service has been deteriorating substantially the last few months. We’d heard from friends that if you order in the drive through you’ll wait 25-30 minutes to get your food so we decided to order online before driving to the restaurant.

We arrived to receive our pick up order and were rudely told that the wait would be 35-40 minutes. When I asked why the wait was so long, especially for a mobile order, I was told that the restaurant only had one employee on shift to cook and himself to take orders…

We chose to cancel our order as we’d already driven 20 minutes to get there. Burger King isn’t worth a 40 minute wait even on a good day.

When we pulled around to leave we say at least 4-5 staff members working in the kitchen. Not only did we not get our food, we were lied to for no apparent reason.

I do not recommend ever going to this location unless management changes.

I am addicted to the whopper jr. taste very good l give it a 10 out of 10. And the services a 10 out of 10. The cashier Emmi was a pleasant person very nice and friendly and helpful l give her an A++.

They are always short staffed and it is taking longer and longer to get food. Fresh and hot food is not a thing here and the only reason I keep going back is because of the friendly staff. I just can't remember when the last time was that I received fresh and hot food.

Went through the drive thru on Aug 27 and had a young lady named Mallory working. They were short staffed and she took our order and then went to the next window to hand the order to us. Very nice and I thought she did a terrific job. She had a wonderful attitude and was polite.

Wht the hell is going on Management! I'm sitting in your drive thru an have been for solid 35 minutes. We placed online order cant cancel. Now, Management who do u think u r allowing the business to run with 3 employees! Do u know how stressful tht is in the people tht showed up to work!! The employee r busted their butts where r u corporate people at to help. Shame on u! The stars r true food was good warm, the workers very nice, service they did their best. U big dogs stayed on your porch makes me sick.

I got the 5 dollar meal for my family. This is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. We alas customers already know you don't care but this cements it for me. I won't be eating at any of your restaurants again.

If I could give this location a zero I would.
Absolutely terrible customer service! I politely waited at the counter to order my food, no worries at all, I could tell they were busy. Then, after about 10 minutes of standing at the counter with an entire line behind us, we order our food & sit down. We wait for 30-35 minutes for our food to be brought to us before going up to the counter, just to find out that someone cleared our order from the screen and just didn’t make it at all. Situation was handled terribly. Left without getting any food, just my money back. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience, not even an apology. Staffing needs to learn customer service and communication.
