Every time I come here my food order isnt right, they will ignore you for a long while at the drive thru.. I give them chance after chance and they always find a way to mess it up..

I ordered a burger and they gave me burnt-ger. The lady today was extremely looked unhappy. No idea what happened with her but I did not come there to take that attitude. Extremely DISAPPOINTED.
Never coming back ever again.

Where to start with this place.... I have been trying to get food from them on and off since they opened. Yet I will say this:
Don't trust the hours, they will be listed as open and just ignore you with workers inside and menus turned on ect.
Dont expect a fast meal. They will take up to 10 mins to take your order once you are the only one in the double drive thru, then ask you to go park for another 10 mins so they can end the timer for BK corporate. Even if there are or are not cars around. Just so they dont have to say its actually a 20 min burger, they try to say 12. But that would be a really good day.
Dont expect a burger at breakfast time as they advertise. They say they do this, but every day it seems the broiler at this location that makes the burgers is dead from about 5AM till about 10AM. Yet still works to make burgers the rest of the day. Very odd. Try any other burger king for a breakfast burger but this one.
Once you finally get their attention, and wait 15-25 mins for your food. Its not all bad for what one would expect from a burger king.

I ordered a brisket whopper and a regular whopper, got two regular whoppers. Came back and told them. They made me two more regular whoppers, and told me one of them was a brisket whopper! Seriously, you wasted half an hour, and I still didn’t get what I paid for!!
Edit: I called, and apparently the 1/16” layer of literal beef shreds under the cheese is the brisket. So just don’t order it, it’s a scam.

I paid $11 for an ONION burger that had No onion rings and very little crispy onions. Would have taken it back if I hadn't discovered it after I got home with it. Very disappointed.
Im trying to pick up a grub hub order been waiting in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. They locked there dining room due to not enough staff. Not my problem. Younger generation doesn't think they need to work. Worst service ever

I would be a ok waiting on fries if they were to still come out hot. Ordered the new Brisket burger, asked for no toppings still got the works. Manager on night duty just acted like she couldn't care less about anything really. Said nothing to me other than my total and to tell me to pull up. 20 bucks almost for nothing...

Sent me a burger with a black bun probably because i ordered it delivered.i cant believe a burger king would send you food like that then you try and call and no answer absolutely disqusting.the picture is of the bun dont eat here they dont care about what food they send out especially delivery.

We placed an online order and went to the store to pick it up. I went to the speaker and was told to pull forward that they'd have it ready shortly. I waited over 20 minutes and then spoke to an employee only to find out they hadn't even started the order. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to get dinner and was told I'd have to get it online since that's how the order was placed. 7 days after asking for a refund online I received a response offering coupons for less than the amount I was charged on my credit card. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I visited this Burger King while they were having a area Managers meeting. to be fair I never got my food waited 10 minutes, approached worker and manager gave me a refund and gave a free drink, I guess my order never was turned in, they were busy because Wendy's was swamped and people came to Burger King,so it was busy! My point is after 5 minutes you better go check on your order. come on with the area manager team in the store! you guys need to do a lot better. probably will not return

Was just there to pick up a door dash, lobby locked and drive thru unresponsive, turns out they were currently closed because there was no manager on site and they apparently can't serve without one. That's all fine except there was absolutely no indication that they were closed and completely wasted several precious minutes of my work time. Management needs to do better!
