We go to the West Republic store several times a week and get their awesome iced mochas. The staff are super friendly and today they had to make fresh ones and Triston hurried the order and got it right out to us. He goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! All of the staff are just great!

So I used to work here and one of the main problems that i found is that certain customers order between $60-$80 worth of food and expect it to come out within 10 minutes. And not just one person, this will be like 3 in a row. They don't think about others that will be in line behind them. The amount of small item sides, ans custom sandwiches they order is ridiculous, and those take the longest. This is fast food, not the place to buy an entire family's worth a food....

We got a double whopper meal and chicken frys and frys.. food was good but the cost is high for fast food. Kids played in play area they had a blast, but have small tables for bigger family's.
