This Burger King is awesome they are understaffed but work extremely hard to keep the place going! One day they had three people in there working one of them being the manager and they way overwhelmed but they handled it like pros! And our food was better than just about anywhere else fast food wise these days..

A friend and I were in Springfield and decided to stop at Burger King on Battlefield and we were both very happy with our Whoppers and fries. They were hot and actually had flavor. I was impressed that the fries stayed hot the whole time we were eating. That never happens. Just saying. It was worth the wait in the drive thru line.

They forgot every individual item we ordered, we waited at the window and they asked if we had gotten our food yet very sternly which obviously we hadn’t. Then they forgot our drinks, and straws. We had to ask for every item individually

It's sad the burgers are getting smaller but they still use the same size bun if the want to save money they could do it another way that would make the burgers taste better put a lot less ketchup and mustard etc on them the burgers are floating in it way to much but at least the burger has a good flame broiler
I turned around to go back to the register, they for got my cheesy tots. So glad I looked in the bag. I should have looked at my whopper. I said no pickles. I got pickles! I cannot eat pickles. They make my glands swell up like a bull frog. I don’t even have a pet to give the burger to ?

Monday the 12 I went to this burger kind with my granddaughter and they was 2 employees in front there was no customers at all this was the second time in there I order my food and went to the play area beacuase my granddaughter is 4 years and she want it to play 30 minutes watting and my granddaughter asking when they will bring the food so I told her hold on baby so 30 more minutes and I went to ask and the was the monager there and I told her we bieng watting for an hour for are food and she say we bieng calling and nobody came for but I told her we bieng in the playing area why you guy didn't took it ovethere she say beacuse we never take the food there and I told her yes you have beacuse I was her before and they took it but anyway she was very mean and ask me did you want your food or not so I told her no and she say I will put your money back and she took my recipe and I bieng checking my bank on line and nothing she never did there was $14 so I wet out and I had go to a different restaurant and expend more money
This morning my husband and I wanted breakfast, so we chose your resturant and it was not what I expected from being there previously. They use a microwave, but the kicker is we ordered a #3 for breakfast and got the wrong biscuit for that order. Very dossappointing for a peaceful morning !! Oh btw for the person responding, don't bother.
