Rude took 15 minutes just to take order in the drive thru.. If you want to know why your business is suffering this is why. I've been here 3 times in the last month and the same every time. Unfortunately Burger King is a favorite and this is the only one near me but it's getting to be hard to go where I'm a bother to the staff.

Their bourbon Whoppers and they're Mexican street corn Whoppers didn't hardly have anything on them and they definitely did not have what is supposed to be on them as advertised they are not worth the money tasted just like a regular Whopper with a slight hint of something else they are definitely a rip-off just buy a regular Whopper

Went inside because the drive through was backed up. Waited over 10 minutes for two simple cheeseburgers and by the time I asked for my money back (almost 15 minutes total) the cheeseburgers were STILL NOT made. I was ignored by the lady on the cash register when I asked what was taking so long, THEN when I asked for my money back the refunded me the cost of two burgers, NOT cheeseburgers. It’s NOT rocket science and I WILL never go back to this place.

I came in last week, and while I was ordering, I noticed a gentleman who was homeless. I decided to buy him some food and upon purchase I was told by the manager "Thank you very much, I was going to purchase him a meal with my one employee discount." They were very sweet and amazing. Super clean facility, and my food was prepared in a reasonable time, and it was fresh!
I got to say after waiting while ordering through the drive thru due to the guy who took my order said they are backed up, then having to wait again due to my food wasn't ready, the guy was nice but come on no one should wait that long for fast food for the prices we pay today. I don't know if I will ever go back, disappointed.

I very rarely eat out due to my severe onion allergy, (i carry an epi pen and go into shock) usually food places act annoyed to accommodate my allergy, they mess up and I have to go back, or worse. I had to come and leave a review due to how positive this encounter was. I had just gotten done shopping late for my sons birthday, was starving, and the young lady, Sylvia I think was her name, she was red ish hair with freckles, she was so accommodating in ways that never happen I do eat out. She assured me of all the safety steps she took without me even having to ask, and the food was perfect, no mistakes. Genuine kindness and care for the customer, I thought that was very cool; I could tell she’s the type to be on top of things. I hope her boss appreciates this great employee. 👏👏👏Will be coming here everytime we eat out

Those flame broiled Whoppers are my favorite out of all the fast food restaurants I love their hamburgers the most they're fries are iffy I mean they're okay but not the best but their whoppers are fabulous.

Our food was cold. The wait took forever. I wasn't impressed with the customer service either. Rude.. The chicken sandwich deluxe had a hard wilted thick lettuce piece and a tiny bit of mayo to the side. Being the only customers there at the time, I expected a higher quality.
$45 for 2 whopper meals is ridiculous
