I came through the drive through around noon on July 21st. I just wanted to say the staff was amazing and friendly! My food was piping hot and fresh. I used to work at the Burger King in highland IL. I was so impressed with this team. I just thought it was worth shouting out to them. You all are doing a fantastic job. Thank you for making lunch easy!

writing this from the drive thru line, i've been waiting for at the very least 25 minutes. they also always somehow get the order wrong.

Food is usually decent. But it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a large coke zero with no ice, not to mention waiting 20+ minutes on the entire order (one sandwich, two large fries, drink). I understand if the food is being made fresh. But as someone who works in the food industry/fast food it shouldn't take that long. Not to mention whoever was at the speaker initially said they wouldn't make my mobile placed order.

Tried to go here once. Ended up sitting in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes and I didn't even make it to the part where you can order food. Guy behind me finally moved and I floored in reverse and got out of there quick.

Lack of attention paid by employee at the window as well as constantly hanging her tongue out of her mouth left a lot to be desired when ordering food and expecting to eat it Management's lack of paying attention further caused order to be incorrect had to go back in and request them to fix it

Food was overall good.
However after repeating my drink multiple times they got it wrong.

I also watched them pass my food to a different car have it handed back after a minute and they realized.
I asked about it and the lady lied and said that they forgot their fries. That would make sense however the other customer handed a bag back through the window so that doesn’t really add up.

Overall that’s less than stellar to be lied to but also a good safety issue

Stopped in to get an Iced Coffee before I got on the road. And like every other drink I ever get, I requested light Ice. The employee then informed me that if I get light ice the drink won't be filled all the way which is crazy by itself. I have never heard that before in the thousands of drinks I have ordered light ice over my lifetime.

And then when I got the drink not only was it the wrong size, and half full, it was even the wrong drink entirely. I asked for vanilla and got some chocolate drink. A pretty laughable experience honestly, you might as well go to McDonalds across the street.

Editing review based on response below. Going to their support page makes no difference, they require a receipt before you can do anything. Conveniently, I was not ever provided a receipt lol.

Had to wait 40 minutes for my food. Served us after other people who came in after us. Talked to manager and she never said sorry. Poor managing.

Showed up 30 mins before close an sat in drive thru for 4 mins before I finally got someone to answer cause it was a door dash than they continued to ignore the car behind me. As you can see they have no orders on screen an proceed to wait 10 minutes at the window for the order 🤦 what's wrong with this places night shift like I understand you want out but you get paid extra to close do you job please and thank you.
