Last September, the fall after my graduation from Missouri State University, when I visited campus for the morning, I chose Evolutionary Eatery for lunch, because it was the new restaurant at Plaster Student Union. I ordered their Chicken Fajita Street Tacos with chips and dip, and I LOVED it! What a good new restaurant for something different for lunch at Plaster Student Union.

I'm not usually one to do reviews, but I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and it was awful. There was some foul taste and while I tried to power through eating this almost $8 salad, I couldn't. I barely ate a fourth of it before having to throw it away after almost puking. On the plus side, the smoothie I got was great, so I'll just stick with that.
