Dined here for the first time last week and it was phenomenal! I was with a group of about 35, so we were in the upstairs party room, but the service was still fast and the servers were so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were the highlight and everything was delicious! I'm from KC, so I will be eagerly looking forward to being able to return the next time I'm down in Springfield! Highly recommend!
Had a great lunch. Two tried the burger and then the other two tried the chicken mojo and the chicken ocopa!! All were really good. Waiter wan on top of it as well. Will be back!
This place just happened to be listed as dog friendly on the patio when we were traveling with our pup. The patio area was a little narrow but had a good shaded area we took advantage of in the summer heat. We had a mixed drink and sangria. The sangria was amazing but, personally, I would have asked for no cinnamon on top. Our appetizer was the fried avocado and it was great. Our main entrees were the colorado skewers and mushroom pasta. Both were incredible. The skewers were spicy but I like spice. They even accommodated a bowl of rice e and chicken for the dog. She loved it.
They have a whole separate or Ted vegan menu!!! Ask for it because it includes things not listed on main menu. Server was very knowledgeable about vegan dishes BUT most importantly, the food was inspired, different and very very delicious!!
What a neat place! My AB&B host recommended it. 👌 I ordered to go, and let the gentleman that waited on me order for me. Whatever it was.. its divine! It has chickenshrimp, rice, grilled pineapple and a spice filled salsa maybe. Chefs kiss! Highly recommend.
I love the food, and there is a great choice of gluten-free+vegetarian easily made vegan dishes. I always try a new cocktail and they never disappoint. I wish I could give more stars.
Was not impressed with the menu selections nor prices.
Interesting shape on the sweet potato fries. Food is very good. Service was prompt, but not rushed. First time at this restaurant for lunch...it was a pretty good experience. The building had very interesting architecture & vintage features with a nice ambience. Not a large place. The tables were spaced out nicely. There were a couple of booths that were very grand looking.. not your typical 50s diner booth. Lots of cocktails and drinks which may be their specialty because it's definitely not the iced tea, old tasting ;(
Great food and great people!
Amazing food! We love to come here and explore new flavors. Beautiful restaurant and great service.

Great food great service and great atmosphere
Cafe Cusco offers a vegan menu with 8-10 choices. Many options are gf as well. The flavor combinations are delicious and portions are filling. A must visit eatery when I’m in the area.
Amazing authentic Peruvian dishes made with natural ingredients! Loved that I could order and not worry about getting any gluten cross contamination, I have Celiac disease. Great staff ! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you,!

It was SO nice finally eating a hot meal in Missouri after spending an entire week in Branson with no gluten-free options as someone with celiac disease.
Almost the entire menu is gluten-free and they have a dedicated fryer. Thank GOD.
My husband and I ordered:
- Fried Guacamole / Palta Fritas. $9.99 (Appetizer)
- Lomo Saltado. $18.99 (Main)
- Amazon Fried Rice. $15.99 (Main)
- Lúcuma Cheesecake. $10 (Dessert)
- Bottle of hot sauce to take home. $10
While the fried rice was a tad oversalted and I didn't like the Cheerio crust on the cheesecake, the food was so good and the salsa... Omg. I could have taken a case home of that stuff. It is hot but complex and flavorful. The salsa alone is worth another visit.
They have a menu with foods you might not see anywhere else in town such as deep fried rabbit with basil lime aioli, BBQ jackfruit with Peruvian panca peppers or blackened cobia on a bed of ahi amarillo mashed potatoes.
The restaurant is in an old building from the 1800's with tables, booths and even a dining room upstairs. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a sink and changing table, so they are unisex.
Service was great.
Overall, I would definitely return.

Dietary restrictions: Dedicated fryer and almost all of the menu is gluten-free except the items that are marked "NGF" for "not gluten-free."
