Employees were friendly & helpful. With the exception of the floor from 1990, inside was nicely updated. Most importantly the fish & hush puppies taste just as good as I remember & they give you lots of little crispies.

Haven't eaten here in a long time. Got exactly what I wanted. The food was great. My only issue was the service from the person taking my order. I didn't know if she was having a bad day, but she was not friendly at all. No greeting, she just seemed to be annoyed to even be there.

Love the one on Sunshine. I work with the mentally challenged they all have their individual eat disorders. Love that each restaurant helps me to secure that their food is indidualized to their preference. Well done, crew. From the manager to the crew preparing the food for order. People! Helping! People!

Got the dozen fried oysters! Absolutely disgusting! Didn't even finish one! Always good shrimp! The staff was friendly, especially the woman manager! I forget her name, but she is always so friendly and helpful..

I used to run a captain ds and i have to say that ashley the area director for springfield is totally amazing. When we arrived she was in this location alone and was totally rocking it. She was taking orders, helping customers, cooking etc all by herself. I know that none of my area directors would have ever attempted that. Hats off to ashley! You are amazing!

A friend and I stopped here for dinner after a day at Silver Dollar City. We have eaten at other Captain D's restaurants before and knew the food offerings. The fish tasted great, and the service was very good. The food arrived quickly, and the employees we encountered were professional and courteous. The restrooms and dining area were very clean. Overall, it was a good experience.
