Just got home from picking up dinner. I spent $24.39 on what I thought was going to be two 3 piece fish dinners. I open the box and to my surprise, this is what I see. Is this a joke? Tried calling captain D’s customer service, that’s non-existent. I am extremely disappointed.

Im happy with the food here, the cashiers are usually kind and very patient. Unfortunately there is an older woman there, with short stature and black hair, who likes to talk to her employees as though they are dogs, at least she does to the man at the counter, and he's the nicest guy there. The young man in the cooking position was throwing the food at the counter man like he was angry that he had to cook food and the food was falling out of the containers and onto the counter. The cashier is owed an apology and better treatment from the people around him. I chose to leave instead of watching the behavior unfold any longer. The woman is older than anyone else there, she should know better. They should feel ashamed how they treat this man,workplace bullying has no place among adults, they should learn some class. Ironically the cashier was the only person who had any. Although usually the younger employees there are top notch.

I haven't been to Captain D's in years. Just happened to be in Springfield for a convention so I decided to try it again. Definitely not disappointed. Friendly staff and great food. I took my teenager this time and he has never been to Captain D's. He really liked it. It's always been a good sign when he says that he will go again.
