This location is really getting run down and needs a remodel. The food was okay. They were out of bottles of vinegar. The floor had water standing in front of the condiments and drink machine. The women's restroom was out of order.

The food was not that great but the lady at the window was super nice. You can tell she wasn't back in the kitchen. Step up your game. I haven't been to Captain D's for a while for a reason. Not much has changed. Food should be hot in the middle of lunch hour at least.

It has been about a year since I last ate at Captain D's. Very disappointed in the meal, today. The chicken and fish planks are about 1/3 the size they were a year ago. The chicken , fries, and hush puppies were greasy and tasteless. The Cole slaw was good, but that's about it. I won't be back.

About what you can expect from a drive through these days, which is nearly never that good.
The grill was down, so everyone had to order fried food, forcing some people (like me) to rethink their orders. A little compassion, patience, or the slightest hint of apologetic tone from the staff would have been nice. The lady taking orders was brash, and I didn't like how impatient she was towards the elderly customers ahead of us in line.
What pushed me to write a review was the state of the women's bathroom. I've included photos.
Avoid this location. There is another Captain D's on the east side of town.

Jimmie made for a great visit. Friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was also better than expected and the rest of the staff is friendly. The cashier was extremely nice and patient.

Just got home from picking up dinner. I spent $24.39 on what I thought was going to be two 3 piece fish dinners. I open the box and to my surprise, this is what I see. Is this a joke? Tried calling captain D’s customer service, that’s non-existent. I am extremely disappointed.
