After door dash confirmed their driver stole my delivery but refused to pay me back, and had me jumping hoops, the great team here at Casey's made it right for me and then some. The young man who worked kitchen tonight is the sole reason my expierence and this review is so positive. Ya'll have a great night crew. Folks I can't reccomend this location enough.

645pm went in for pizza for my sick child. There was 1 slice of pepperoni that looked like it was sitting there for 5 hours. Asked if more was coming out & the lady stated she was shutting the kitchen down after her current order. I offered to buy a whole pie & she still refused to make it. The man waiting for his order told me it was like pulling teeth just to have her make his order. Very dissatisfied.

Don't expect to get competence if you're a delivery driver. The pizza baker stared directly at me for five minutes, then confirmed my order, then started making the order — AFTER it was called in half an hour ago, before I got here. It always supposed to be done. Now my numbers are taking the rap for someone else's incompetence.

I had to air up a dolly tire because it was flat while we were out trying to deliver a washing machine to our granddaughter, they charge $1.75 for AIR, plus the nozzle was the most mickey mouse thing I've ever used, so I ended up spending $3.50 for AIR, I have shopped at this store for many many years but I'll probably stop because of something that should be free, talk about price gouging while you're having a bad tire problem...it will be the last time they get any money from me...gas, pizza, drinks or snacks.

My favorite Casey's in Springfield. Staff is always friendly and helpful. With the Casey's app I get incredible deals on snacks and beverages. I will literally go all the way across town just to shop this location.

Stopped in to order 2 sandwiches, The lady working in the back acted like we were bothering her and then I asked if we could also get some lettuce and pickles on the sandwiches and she looked like it was a big Problem for her to do that. I told her just to forget it and we walked out of the store. We'll never go back to this Casey's again!!!!!

Every pizza I have ordered from this Casey's has been late. Once, I waited twenty minutes in my car because they hadn't begun making the food until after I arrived. The same thing happened today, and it's the last time I will enter this store.

There's always an excuse, usually something that is completely irrelevant to making pizza. "Our fuel pumps went down" was the nonsense I heard this time. You can't make pizza because the fuel pumps are not operable? Does the oven run on E85? Did you have to go outside and manually pump gas for people with a hand pump? Is the woman who makes the pizza also responsible for the maintenance of the fuel pumps? I find it very surprising that one of the three people behind the counter couldn't have called this one in without out the help from the lady in the deli. When I arrived at my scheduled time, once again, they hadn't even started my pizza yet. No one was in the kitchen. The tables in the kitchen were empty aside from a few prestreched pizza doughs. Nothing was out, or being prepared, or moving along the conveyorized oven. What a joke. If you can visit a Casey's location that staffs competent employees, you'll love the pizza they offer. But that's a big "IF."

I left without my food this time.

Ordered a Taco pizza online for lunch and went to go get it. Guy working kitchen was playing on his phone so I got his attention and told him name on order and he grabbed pizza from on top of oven then rudely set it on counter. Still I said thank you and he just turn and went back to playing on his phone. Then I got back to work and none of the toppings was on my pizza. Just sausage.

Another Casey’s with one employee trying to do everything alone and a line out the door. Bathroom as gross as it can get. I was at one in Nixa last Saturday. Stood at the counter for over 5 min no a person in sight. Several behind me and finally just left. I think she was making pizzas also.

Very big Casey’s with lots of options on drinks and has good options. It’s Casey’s so sometimes the pizza is great others not so much. The cashier was extremely friendly and sweet. Even was helping multiple people at once to ensure great customer service. Never seen that done besides at a QT, and it was appreciated.

Parking: Plenty of parking and pumps to use

Wheelchair accessibility: 2 parking spaces and a ramp right at the door
