Really didn't enjoy having a mostly burnt smash burger sit down in front of me...The upside was the mushrooms, they came so hot I could hardly eat them, I guess ranch was extra, cause I sure didn't get any. The decor was bazaar to say the least. Will not be returning...
My husband and I visit Springfield pretty frequently because he used to live there. I had always wanted to try the original Casper’s location, but never got a chance. We stayed at an Airbnb close to Casper’s, and I insisted on trying it. It was amazing!! The service was great, the decor is cute, and the food is excellent! The burgers were fresh and delicious. The generous portions of fries were hot and very flavorful. And the people who work there were very nice and friendly....

The food is excellent, my favorite is the double whammy- 2 burgers smothered with chili & cheese. Better go hungry if you plan on ordering that.
The service and staff is top notch. Friendly, timely, and efficient. It's a very comfortable setting and they don't make you feel rushed.
