We have eaten at at cedars south 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed in anything... Great food and lightning fast service so give it a go then try the chicken fried steak!!!

I was very disappointed! I got the roast beef and it was awful! I asked them to leave the gravy on the side and they did, but the meat was served--wet with juice all over the plate and it was just gross! The meat was tough and had very little flavor. The gravy was too thick and had an off flavor. The mashed potatos had no flavor at all. The rolls were over cooked.
My boyfriend got the beef tips and noodles.. The noodles were overcook and mushy.
We have gone quite a few times and breakfast is always great! But going for lunch or dinner has not been good anytime we went!

Great chicken fried steak, affordable with great service and food.
You shouldn't say it's hand breaded if you don't make it in house and it comes frozen. Pretty disappointing. I guess that's why its so affordable though. The potatoes were good. Tasted like idahoan. Which is a pretty good instant potato.

Group of 4…3 adults and a 3 year old stopped in last Sunday for brunch and was very disappointed. Once seated, our order was taken approximately 15 minutes later. However, it took over an hour to get our food. 2 chicken fried steak breakfast platters, a veggie omelet platter , and a kids chicken tenders meal. It wasn’t worth the wait. The veggie omelette was ok… nothing to write home about. The chicken fried steak was awful. It was thin, processed and tasteless and the gravy had little flavor..and my hash browns were limp, and tasted like fake butter. On the plus side, my scrambled eggs and biscuit were good.
What happened to the quality. And good ole fashioned home cooked or semi home cooking style of food?
Needs to be freshened up, organized, updated, thoroughly cleaned. The floors were very slick/greasy and the lighting not great. Very tight.
