We were very disappointed in Sonja. We told her our ceremony would start at 5:30 and that we needed the cake delivered to the venue at 5:45. At 6:30, Sonja decided it was a good time to show up, as everyone was ready for the cake, and she still had to decorate it with the decorations she had made us purchase. We texted her multiple times asking where she was.

We ordered 2 cakes. A wedding cake and a sheet cake. To our surprise, only one cake was made, and it was the wedding cake. Sonja thought it would be a good idea to just add another layer to the wedding cake since she got sick and couldn’t make the sheet cake. She also never texted me or my wife to make sure that was ok. She just showed up late with that extra layer of cake that we didn’t order and still charged us the same price that was originally agreed upon for 2 separate cakes.

I know this is just our experience, but when you are planning on a key person to deliver your cake on time to your wedding and it shows up an hour late, it's tough. In my opinion, I would recommend looking for someone else to make your cake or make sonja give you a written contract with exact times and products you want that she must fulfill.

She burned us, and I don't want you falling down that path on your wedding day.

Celebrations by Sonja made a wedding cake on very short notice. I sent Sonja a photo of what we wanted and she reproduced it exactly. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. It was moist and had a yummy buttercream icing! Sonja is a professional, very sweet gal, and easy to work with. You will NOT be disappointed!

Sonja was so easy to work with for our wedding cake. I was so excited when I saw the final product. It was a beautiful cake and I could tell she worked hard on it.

We loved our wedding cake! We asked for a three tier cake with one layer of chocolate and the other layers white cake. We also asked for cupcakes to go with it. The cake was very lite and moist with an a delicious buttercream frosting. The cake was a big hit!

We have had several cakes made from Sonja!Birthday, Wedding, Baby Shower, and Thank you cakes! We have never been disappointed, they are always so fresh and delicious and everyone is always bragging on the cakes we got!Recently I just got married and she made a beautiful and delicious cake for us that everyone was impressed with! I ordered one of the custom cakes for Valentine’s Day and it was ready as promised, beautiful, and delicious! I posted pictures on Facebook and the crowd went wild! They won’t let you down!

Sonja was amazing!! She worked with us on what we wanted and made our experience wonderful! We wanted pressed flowers on our wedding cake so we pressed them and got them to her and she worked her magic! She’s amazing and we definitely recommend her!

We’ve heard lots of horror stories from friends and family about how their cakes (from other bakers) were horrible a year later. We are glad to say that our cake was still wonderful!! Granted, it was better fresh rather than after being frozen for a year. But we are definitely enjoying it again!!
