We eat here every Saturday night. I was very disappointed tonight . There was trainers of chikfula and other employees sitting directly behind us and the trainers were talking so loud ; I felt I was in the middle of their pow wow. May never come back(this is in spring,Texas) Springfield,mo. Glenstone location ). Very sad for Chick-fil-A. I got a grilled chicken sandwich . The bread was so dry that it was dry and falling apart . Has the bun replaced and same bad ess. To top it off, the sandwich was measily . I think I've had a better chicken sandwich elsewhere

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible, I'm in a wheelchair. An awesome place to eat, and GREAT food.
Everybody working at Chick-fil-A are really nice. A good place for a family to take little kids to play & enjoy themselves. Staff working in the lobby make it a fun atmosphere & always checking to see if we need anything.
Everyone and their dogs know about chick fil a, so I don’t even know why I’m writing this review. Obviously it’s the best place you could eat, the food is amazing, and the workers never forget to say “my pleasure” HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING!!
Kid-friendliness: This might be the most kid friendly place ever. Although because of Covid the got rid of the play place, it is still amazing.
I really have shown a lot of restraint not reviewing this location. BUT here we go. How and why would you not notice the burnt grilled chicken? For me it was horrible and it could have been so pleasant. Check your orders! Today missing a sandwich and a large fruit cup.

Why do I always think about Chikfila on Sunday’s 😂 This place is a road trip staple for us
Zach, even though was in training, never stopped helping people or doing things to keep the restaurant clean the whole time we were there! We placed a mobile order 5 minutes before breakfast needed and by the time we could check in because they were helping other people, it we after breakfast. Our order was cancelled but the manager took care is us and got our breakfast anyway. They did an amazing job!
