I don't understand why so many people love this place. I must say they were efficient, considering how there were a ton of people. I could tell the person in the drive through just wanted to go home because he was probably on his feet all day. I think Chick-fil-A should at least give them like a fold-able chair. I order a deluxe chicken sandwich and I get two thin pieces of bread, two pickle slices, and a measly piece of chicken. I have also heard that the macaroni was good, so I ordered it. A part of me just wishes I got the fries instead because that macaroni and cheese was bland AF. Go to the Chick-fil-A on sunshine instead.

We stop by every time we go through Springfield. They are exceptional workers and the food is top notch. We always have a good time with our family here. Our children love it. They look forward to stopping at our favorite fast food restaurant. They’re the best.Parking: Parking is a little cramped.

I'm so very glad the play space is open so I can hang out with my grands and meet up with other grands. We "mature" people gave up the coffee and replaced it with shakes. At our age, we appreciate old fashioned polite service and great food.Kid-friendliness: Indoor play space allows me to see the children and know they are safe.

Visited this location on March 14th, 2024. The very last time I will ever go to this location because I got food poisoning. Not sure what gave me the food poisoning, maybe the chicken in the sandwich or cross contamination, but either way, no one should ever have to endure what I went through. Posting this review so that others can be aware!

This location missed the mark. Of all the Chick-fil-A restaurants we've been to, this just wasn't the service and quality that other stores normally provide.The nuggets seemed to shrink, and the table was filthy, as my s-o had to ask for a rag after my failed attempt to wipe the sticky mess with water and sanitizer. (Yes it was made known prior).Only one person was seen walking amongst the customers while showing hospitality. It just didn't seem like a normal visit to Chick-fil-A.
