I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!
It's a mall chick fil a so the atmosphere is loud and crowded. The service is slow but the are making things fresh. Other than that it is a chick fil a so the chicken is fantastic.
I don't know what the heck is going on at this location, but they have gotten our order wrong multiple times now, and of course we don't find out until we get home all the way in the north end of town. It's so unlike Chick-fil-A to have this happen.
