Chris was excellent customer service. I ordered right at the end of a rush and it took a little longer to get my order but I understood completely. The manager was apoligetic even though it was nobody's fault. My food was hot and delicious. I'll be back.
Personaly I don't care for chick-fil-A and that's why I gave there food a 3 star. But the atmosphere service are amazing. Don't get me wrong there food is great I just not a chicken sandwich person. I usually got to get a drink and walk the mall for four hours
I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!
