Service was prompt and helpful. They offered suggestions on new menu items and offered samples of new items! My daughter and I both tried the cranberry/jalapeno version...fabulous!!! They only reason I didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere is because it was so crowded...a good thing for them! Price is typical for other lunch offerings in the area.

I had the turkey club today and was disappointed that whoever made it really skimped on the sauce. There was barely any!! The sandwich came alive when I bit into an area with sauce but the sandwich was lifeless without it and about 70 percent had no sauce. My advice to the owner is please quality control this as it was an unfortunate sour point on what otherwise would have been a great experience. Your staff, pricing and overall atmosphere was excellent.

There is review on here about a worker fainting & management not letting her leave. CSC responded with, “We understand how that situation may have looked, but please know we always make our staff’s well-being a top priority”. I can tell you the situation was exactly how it looked & their employees well-being is not a top priority because the employee in question is my daughter. She was feeling faint to the point she could barely stand or even speak (customers expressed concern when they interacted with her), & her manager still made her take orders, refusing to let her leave. They finally let her sit down, at which point she actually did faint & I came to get her to take her to urgent care. On a separate occasion she had a sister who was admitted to the hospital with a sudden & potentially life-threatening situation, & they refused to let her leave on that occasion as well.

One of their poor employees fainted and they wouldn't let her go home. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Was very disturbing to witness, and I certainly wasn't the only customer present that thought so.. Made my heart so sad. I had to get up and leave, was a fan of this place but I don't think I could go back knowing how they treated that poor girl.

I got food poisoning from this place. Have been puking for 2 days so far and counting! I have multiple chronic stomach and digestive diseases, and this can send me to the hospital or worse. Very disappointed for our first time trying Chicken Salad Chick! We unfortunately won’t be back.
