Me and my grandma came in on Saturday night I was having a really bad day and this is where I wanted to go to hopefully make my day better and let me tell you my day went from One of the worst days ever to one of the best the guy with all the tattoos delivered are food and he and my grandma started talking to each other cracking jokes with each other i’ve never seen my 80 years old grandma laughed so hard I just sat there smiling because I was too nervous to talk to him he is definitely the sweetest guy I have ever met and so fine 🫠 I will definitely be back not only for the food but for the i candy 😍 # tattooed Chili’s guy you fine as hell

Service has gone down hill over the past years, and our group that has frequented Chilis but this last visit changes all that. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Bad service. Stood there for 15 minutes just waiting to check in. There were only three families there one got checked in and the other two got ignored and when I asked a person who is checking in they responded that they just got there. The other two workers just ignored our family of two and the other family of two. This is really poor customer service. We walked out. Won’t go back

I’m not one to usually write reviews, or come to chilis, but tonight completely changed my experience. I came here’s couple years ago and it was horrible. I tried again tonight and it was AMAZING service, food, atmosphere, etc. I will honestly come back again. A huge factor was our server Maddy, the restaurant was so busy yet she had our drinks filled every time they were empty and bussed all of our empty plates as soon as possible. Just overall great service in general. As a former server, thank you! Everyone go to chilis!
