Always an awesome place to grab a quick bite to eat. We enjoy coming here after church on Wednesday. Service is always impeccable and it's not too loud.

Terrible experience on Valentine’s Day. My 13 year old son and I ordered online knowing it would take a while, it said 45 minutes and it actually took about 2 hours. The food was in a plastic bag and was extremely cold, his order was wrong, we didn’t get the ranch which we needed for what we got. Super disappointed! My son used his own money and said he would call and complain and I just found out he never did…wasted $50!!!

What was my mother and my daughter. We never got all of the food. Had to ask where are food was then they brought out our entree which was cold never brought out our food do not bring out our soup we never got it my daughter's drink was completely wrong wasn't even the right one the waitress paid no attention to us will never go back there again it was absolutely horrible and still charged us $18 dollars. For the meal and did not even comp the mail it was absolutely horrible I could not believe it. My daughter left a review on their tablets will never return there again. The waitress was so worried about how things were going to turn out she told us please do not put her on there it was not her fault blah blah blah blah blah never again.

Me and my husband and daughter came in and ordered our food and we had gotten a dish that had an appetizer with it it was chips and salsa we waited 30 minutes for our chips and salsa to come and before they even got our appetizers we had received our entrees but they slammed our food down not even to the correct person and we have a almost 2 year old baby with us so we ask to speak to manager because it wasn't ok how they was acting. Waitress got an attitude and said ok.... Whatever. Manager came and asked what's wrong we told her what was happening and she said ok well do you want your food in box's. Like they didn't want us even there they was so rude and rushing us to eat and get out

Just tried the new Bacon Guac Chicken sandwich and was disappointed. Chicken has a weird sweet taste to it.

My daughter picked up some items for dinner. When she got back home, we discovered that mistakes were made.
I spoke with Kindall, who by the way displayed extraordinary customer service skills. Meaning that it wasn’t something that she put on, it is just who she is.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. For me, even though Chili’s is a chain restaurant, that is irrelevant to me. I don’t want to hurt small businesses or big businesses, without at least giving the restaurant a chance to make it right

Even then, I have only left one negative review in my life and that’s because I was mistreated, or let’s just say I was not treated with dignity or respect ….

At any rate, Kindall is a gem!
I wouldn’t have even darkened the doors (actually I have multiple disabilities so technically I wouldn’t darken the doors regardless😜 (I am being silly, and I can only talk that up to lack of sleep. That’s my story, and I am sticking to it. I do go out occasionally. But when I say occasionally, that is not just a euphemism.)

Kindall ameliorated all the negative feelings that I had. TBH, initially, I was not a happy person, even though cognitively I knew that sometimes mistakes happen! Duh…
She displayed such empathy and was so quick to take responsibility , in every way shape and form.

So, to me? I say five stars. I can’t speak of atmosphere because I am not there and I haven’t been there….

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly

Thank you,Kindall!

We arrived around 12:30pm and were sat immediately. Place was busy, but not packed. We ordered almost immediately and received our appetizers in a timely manner, which was expected because it was only chips and salsa. By the time that the building really started filling up, our section was completely full. We were appreciative of our waitress Jessica, as she seemed to have her hands quite full. As time started to go on, our drinks were low and our table hadn’t been visited in about half an hour, then she brought us drinks. After about 45 minutes of waiting for our food, we had noticed the people around us (who were sat 30 minutes after we were) had their food, and we still did not. Waitress told us that the kitchen was slow today, and our food would be out shortly. Another 30 or so minutes went by and we were ready to leave. After another 15 minutes of waiting, and several unfilled drinks, we were nearly ready to walk out of the door when our food arrived. My boyfriend ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and the sandwich looked like it had literally been stepped on. The bread was smashed and overall looked unappetizing. He only ate the chicken from it and had a hard time even wanting to do that. The two others in our party ordered chicken tenders, and they said those were fine. I ordered the triple dipper with buffalo wings, southwest egg rolls, and the sliders. My food was cold, the burgers were dried out, and the chicken wings were the hardest things that I have ever bitten into in my life. After an hour and a half of waiting for food, I would’ve expected the food to at least be somewhat warm. The best part is, in the middle of our lunch, a child was THROWING UP in a booth behind us after he ate. After the wait we were met with no apologies whatsoever, and paid the bill and left. Shortly after we arrived back to our apartment, my boyfriend also threw up his lukewarm, smashed chicken sandwich. All in all, I appreciate our waitress Jessica for her efforts during a busy time. The kitchen staff however, should have been working on getting orders out in a timely manner instead of smoking outside in the back, where we saw them stationed at when we left. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I got a Quesadilla Explosion Salad for $14.89 + tax Barely got lettuce. You want to get what you pay for! I had to wait for the waitress to ask for more lettuce.
