Delicious food. Good sevice.

The food was good in the service was okay my waitress was a little strange and wanted me to leave surveys for her kind of made it a point awkwardly.

Service has gone down hill over the past years, and our group that has frequented Chilis but this last visit changes all that. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Bad service. Stood there for 15 minutes just waiting to check in. There were only three families there one got checked in and the other two got ignored and when I asked a person who is checking in they responded that they just got there. The other two workers just ignored our family of two and the other family of two. This is really poor customer service. We walked out. Won’t go back

I’m not one to usually write reviews, or come to chilis, but tonight completely changed my experience. I came here’s couple years ago and it was horrible. I tried again tonight and it was AMAZING service, food, atmosphere, etc. I will honestly come back again. A huge factor was our server Maddy, the restaurant was so busy yet she had our drinks filled every time they were empty and bussed all of our empty plates as soon as possible. Just overall great service in general. As a former server, thank you! Everyone go to chilis!

So glad we tried Chili's again. We stopped going for a while due to food and service. This visit was great, great food and service. We will definitely be back.

If I could give a 0 star I would say there for 20 minutes didn’t even get asked what we wanted to drink then they helped the people that came 20 minutes after us and the waitresses excuse was she’s pregnant she’s probably in the bathroom. Very horrible service!

Fast and delicious. Waitress Madi is amazing! She kept our drinks full and still had time to check on us with a full restaurant and short staff. Somebody give that woman a raise!!!

The food is always good here! My favorite so far is the shrimp/chicken Cajun pasta with some chips and quaso appetizer!

Ashley is our waitress and she is very good and sweet. Our food was just perfect! We had explosion salad, tortilla soup & free refills of chips & salsa.🌶🍅🧅
