Not very good, Panda Express has more spice. Asked for spicy chicken let's just say I get more heat from black pepper...had the hot and sour soup it seemed more like an egg drop soup, where is the tofu and the mushrooms that belong in the soup...will not return.

Absolutely the best Chinese food in town! We were there Christmas Eve and they were slammed but everyone was so nice, the tables were clean, and our to go order only took 15 minutes extra for our order. Our food was hot and delicious. The kimchi stew is AMAZING.They have customers for life! Thank you Wok on Scenic for an amazing Christmas Eve meal!

If I had to pick ONE restaurant in Springfield, THIS one is it! I always get the sweet and sour chicken combo and it is amazing EVERY 👏 SINGLE 👏 TIME! Food=unmatched ❣️ Customer service=EXCELLENT! And to my fortunate surprise they are adding a new location up on West ByPass! *pinch me I’m dreaming*! I love this place! 🥹 every restaurant has their “days”, if you receive bad service or bad food here, that doesn’t mean it’s a bad restaurant, it’s just one of those days! Serving multiple people isn’t an easy job.

Met my girlfriends here for our monthly night out. To say this place is busy - is an understatement! There is a constant flow of to go orders! After trying their food - I can see why!! I had the snow pea stir fry with beef and wow was it good! Perfectly balanced sauce. Not too sweet and not drenched all over the meat and veggies. Staff was friendly and brought our orders out to the table.

So my husband who is the sweetest man ever came in and ordered his food at the counter. They told him they'd bring it out to him when ready. Several people after him came in, ordered take out and received their food before my husband. He's a patient man so he continued to wait. He finally decided to ask and they said Oh it's right here - we didn't know you were there (The same person who took his order still stood behind the counter - right next to the person saying they didn't know he was there) As you can imagine after sitting for some time - the food was not very good at all by the time it was brought home for our family. It mostly went to the dogs. This is super disappointing as we've been customers for a long time and normally only get Chinese from here. We won't be any longer
Ordered takeout at the counter. Sat and waited inside for 45 minutes. 5 people working behind the counter. Instead of telling me my food is ready they just sat it on a shelf to let it get cold while I sat there and waited for it. Had to finally ask where my food is at to get it.

I order here a lot, and I have never had anyone be rude to me before. Today, I spoke with Abby, and she was nasty and condescending, and it wasn't warranted. The food may be good here, but the service was ruined by one bad employee. There is a LOT of Chinese food to choose from in Springfield. You might as well go somewhere where they hire people who are nice to you.

The food itself is really good normally. Last night we ordered a door dash and in my husbands cashew chicken there was a STAPLE. He almost swallowed it and it would’ve been very dangerous. I don’t know how it got there but I’m in shock, we paid over 50 dollars total after delivery and it’s scary that there was metal in the food.

DONT EVER SUPPORT THIS PLACE IF THIS IS HOW FRONT OF HOUSE IS GOING TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! Tried to place a call in order. The woman I was on the phone with said she was having trouble hearing me so spoke a bit louder hoping it would help after she continued to say she couldn't hear me but got my name and phone number she hung up on me so I called back the next woman I talked I explained what had just happened and asked not to be put on hold and wanted to just complete my order as I had called back immediately. She put me on hold and the a third woman got on the phone and was very short and condescending toward me and then to top it off. After she finished taking my order for a carryout mind you not, she asked me for a tip after being rude the whole time she was on the phone with me. And then really doubled down on the rudeness as I said I wouldn't be leaving a tip and she just hung up on me again. This really sucks because their food is good. But not good enough to be treated as such. Also I would like to add the even though I have always carried out my food from here I have never not left a cash tip of at least a few dollars.
