Very rushed, horrible customer service, wasn’t nice.. will never return.. the lady taking orders in drive thru shouldn’t be disrespectful and pushy was no help ordering.. just horrible overall.

We just had their cashew chicken and rice jr. It was very good and the woman at the counter was very nice. You also get a soup bar of egg drop soup or hot and sour soup and they offer the crispy noodles or rice chips.

Tried Chinese Chef for the first time. I was not impressed. They have a free "soup bar" with meal purchases. It's egg drop and spicy soup, just like other Chinese restaurants have. It wasn't bad. We had Cashew Chicken, egg rolls, and crab Rangoons. The Crab Rangoons were great, the sweet & sour sauce has a unique flavor and you can taste the pineapple in it. But the egg roll was nothing special, and the Cashew Chicken was awful. It was extremely bland chicken and rice with a weird tasting sauce on top. I put some soy, salt and pepper, and some sweet & sour on it to help... still couldn't eat it. The service was ok, the place was clean, and the food was not good at all. I can't recommend Chinese Chef.
Note- my wife said her family used to go there years ago and it was good. They have some work to do to get back to that reputation.
We all ordered something different (sweet and sour, sesame chicken, pepper beef, and cashew chicken)and each of us found something we like with the food, which is uncommon with 2 littles. The portion sizes were great, especially for the cost. We went around 15:00 so it wasn't busy. The food was hot, fresh, and fast. If you like your Chinese food more on the sweet side then you'll love this place as much as we did. The atmosphere is very laid backfor a self service drink place. We'll be back.

I bit into a bone in their cashew chicken and got blamed for eating all the food when I hadn’t even ate half of it. I showed them the bone which was about three inches tall and was told that I should have stopped eating sooner. I stopped eating the moment I bit into the bone and that I didn’t start with that piece of chicken and they got mad at me for trying to explain it. Never eating here again after being treated this way.

They didn’t have fresh food when I ordered, the chicken looked overcooked and reheated and tasted horrible, the shrimp was hard witch I love shrimp so I was disappointed other than that the noodles were ok

If you like overcooked food, this is your place! They were rather busy when I arrived which isn't an issue at all, they were rather quick with moving the line forward. It all makes sense now since they dont appear to give you fresh food. The chicken in my order was tuff and chewy, the shrimp was way over cooked and the noodles were slimy.

Normally I’m good with this place but tonight I ordered two orange chickens and got 2 cashew chicken and I can’t stand Cashew chicken so very disappointed!!!
