Did NOT Disappoint! A friend recommended Cahsew Chef for a Chinese food option. Wow! Best Sweet and Sour Chicken I've had in a very long time (we are foodies and travel). The chicken was fork tender and lightly breaded, sauce was delicious with pineapple chunks and carrots! The egg rolls, crab ragoon, rice and soup were just as delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The eating area was causal, clean (not cluttered), and well lit. We will definitely recommend to others and return to try other menu items. Suggestion, skip over the lower rated reviews, because had we just gone by the reviews and the 4.3 rating, we would have missed out on a new favorite spot to add to our list.

We got a party tray for a holiday get-together and everyone went crazy for the Honey Chicken.
Has very good Springfield cashew chicken. Kind of skimpy with the green onions and cashews but overall with a good meal.

Food was excellent! Cashew chicken was very good. Definitely the best in Springfield I have had so far. Service was speed and polite. Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back soon!
Such great food! Not too greasy like some Chinese food places can be. If you eat-in at lunch they have a salad and soup bar that comes free with an entree purchase! Fast and they have a drive thru too! 10/10 would recommend!

No thanks. Are there any Chinese cooking here? I did like that there were a lot if eggs. But it was missing that Chinese food flavor. This tasted too healthy lol Did you cook in a wok? General chicken was too bready and missing the subtle sweetness and spice. Shrimp fried rice taste like you defrosted the shrimp and threw them in a preprepared fried rice
