Beef lo mein some how had absolutely no flavor. It went straight into the trash.

Apparently, they don’t take Discover, which is not posted ANYWHERE on the premises. I placed an order in the drive through, and waited THIRTY MINUTES, only to be told they don’t accept my method of payment. Rude!!!

Cashew chicken was excellent. It is our new favorite to replace Bamboo Inn.
Literally every table had used dishes and trash on it while the guy behind the counter sat on his phone.

Highly disappointed with the total experience. We are visiting Springfield for a funeral. Our family wanted cashew chicken and decided on your place over all the other choices in town. I placed an online order. I got to the restaurant in the pouring rain. They said it was all bagged up. (I should have checked it!) I get all the way back to the hotel , still in the torrential rain only to find out they left out 2 meals. I called and told them so I drove back over. The lady in charge told me she was confused and said everything was in the bag when I left and acted like I was not telling the truth. She finally gave me the two dinners they forgot the first time. This whole experience was beyond frustrating…. This will be our last visit!
