Did NOT Disappoint!
A friend recommended Cahsew Chef for a Chinese food option. Wow! Best Sweet and Sour Chicken I've had in a very long time (we are foodies and travel). The chicken was fork tender and lightly breaded, sauce was delicious with pineapple chunks and carrots! The egg rolls, crab ragoon, rice and soup were just as delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The eating area was causal, clean (not cluttered), and well lit. We will definitely recommend...

Food was excellent! Cashew chicken was very good. Definitely the best in Springfield I have had so far. Service was speed and polite. Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back soon!

We walked inside and placed our order at the counter with the employee who greeted us with such a warm smile! The hubs ordered the cashew chicken combo and I ordered the large beef lo mein because the difference between a regular and large is $2.
