I love everything about chipotle but today when I ordered my food I got extra rice. Upon picking up my bowl and opening it there was hardly any rice. Do better please. If I am paying for extra. Give me extra.

I really don't like that they don't keep the food area clean. If an inspector showed up it would've been a guaranteed fail.

Eh, this is pretty different for a Chipotle. They rarely have everything, so be prepared to decide what you want when you get there, and be prepared to not get guac. It's an uncomfortable dining area and they don't have staff to clean it so be prepared for sticky tables. If you crave Chipotle, well, its a Chipotle, but it will not be your favorite.
EDIT: minus one star for tonight.
And no, I'll just keeping taking stars till we hit one, then I'll stop coming.

Do not order on the app. I placed my order and had a pick up time of 6:10 PM. My food was not ready until an hour later. If they know they are that far behind they should not let you select a pick up time they cannot possibly fulfill.

Walked over while waiting for car to be serviced nearby. From standing in a non-moving, steadily-growing-to-the-door line, for more than 15 minutes, trying to purchase a child-sized meal of two tacos, I learned that they were completely out of chips, ingredients bins were all less than half full, serving counter, chairs, tables, floor were all sticky all need a THOROUGH cleaning, manager was not able to produce a basic over-ring refund and everyone seemed to be used to the situation. Two people were in the back calmly visiting the entire time but would not come to the front. There was a very nice, hard-working, young man trying to serve everyone single-handedly, but even he could not save the dining day. I would not, not, recommend this location. I am embarrassed that I waited that long without realizing the situation and moving on to Plan B (hunger).

Food was cold. They were out of everything. Rice was hard. Service was SUPER slow. Took over 10 minutes and there was only one person in front of me with a normal sized order. Only semi bright spot was the employee who took my order was nice. She did not give me big enough portions though due to everything being down to scraps.

Ordered a pick up order. App said it was ready. My husband is went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. Apparently someone else picked it up. NOT us. Told unable to re-make order. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I mobile ordered here and had to wait 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. 10 people went through the line in the time it took them to get the food out. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOBILE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION.

Wish there was a zero star. This place is consistently out of something. No veggies, no steak, etc..

Staff acts like it's their first day and unsure on what to do.

This location is one of the worst ran Chipotle’s I have ever seen. It has two personalities… one during the day and another at night.

Day seems fine. Not great but fine. Food quality makes visits worth it.

Night is awful and I refuse to eat here at night. The crew could not care less about customers. They are out of food constantly. Not sub items… entire proteins. Chicken AND steak at the same time on many occasions. The staff move at snail pace seemingly unbothered by all of it. They do not communicate. As a line of people show up and stand for 20+ mins they say nothing of why the line isn’t moving. They watch as people get mad and leave and they do not care.

The staff are often far more concerned with loudly talking about their private social lives and blaming each other for their failures. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional and toxic places to eat.

They’ve lost my weekly business permanently to Qdoba. The food isn’t as good, but they actually serve me within 30 mins and have food prepared when I come in.

I don’t know who the owner of this location is but they should be terribly embarrassed of the tragic level of service, cleanliness, and care of their evening staff.

First our chips were stale and some were chewy. The burrito was supposed to have fajita veggies and brown rice with other items, I got white rice and no veggies. Is this normal or just a fluke?

So, I understand that the employees at this location probably don’t love their jobs and have to deal with Karens and stressful situations on a daily basis. The turnover rate seems high, the pay is probably insufficient, and they’re likely understaffed on certain days. However, even with that in mind, this location needs serious changes. Many people have encountered numerous issues at this location that unfortunately still have not been addressed.

On one occasion we ordered three veggie bowls for pickup (all of which were labeled with a “V”) that inexplicably had queso and meat on two of them. Thankfully, they did apologize and work to resolve this particular issue. However, I’ve interacted with a couple different employees on multiple occasions that were extremely curt and kept repeatedly asking, “What else? And what else?”, while sliding everyone’s bowls through an unwashed counter covered in sour cream, cheese, and grease, so I had to wipe down my bowl with napkins (some of these problems occasionally happened close to opening time, so there were only a few people in line at the time on certain days). Sometimes while in line I can’t even fully articulate what I want because an employee is in autopilot mode and won’t even comprehend what I’m saying. This has occasionally resulted in them putting ingredients on my bowl that I didn’t even ask for. Some employees often ladle the food so aggressively that it splashes over into other ingredients and all over the counter. I know that it’s important to move at a brisk pace and keep things moving, but ideally not at the expense of the quality of the service and food. Despite this, I’ve continued to remain patient with them and understand their situation, but the issues still continue. The portions are inconsistent, the rice is often undercooked, ingredients are frequently unavailable, employees often mess up orders, and I’ve received numerous bowls slathered in cheese and sour cream.

I did enjoy the food here on good days, but lately it’s been harder to predict the type of experience one will have at this location, so I’ll probably give QDOBA a try instead. Hopefully these concerns are finally addressed and the overworked employees can get the help they need at some point. Thanks for reading my unnecessarily long novella about Chipotle.
