long term employees who mainly work the counter are not nice. Food is always wrong. I attempted to call three times, they never will answer their phone. They didn’t have veggies bc of the GM having a baby.. 14 years of customer service in food and a mother my self.. I’m so confused on why I didn’t get veggies bc why did a national chain prepare not prepare for a baby and why is the not no one to cover for veggies. Why was there two employees giggling while the line is miles long and there is no fajita veggies?

So to sum up my experience of roughly 5 visits, there is a visible pack of training and communication within the staff, the food has been cold when we received it 3 out of 5 times we did visit. And there was enough lack of communication between the front line and grill there is always at least 2 out of 5 items on bowl that I have to wait at least 5 minutes on, just for them to be tossed in the side and we have to add them ourselves,. What communication i did perceive between the staff seemed hostile or just non receptive at all, the energy is always negative within this store, and I dread every visit will be worse than the last. I have not been proven wrong yet therefore I will not be returning.

Disgusting dining room. Tables never get wiped. Customers are expected to clean the tables themselves if they want to sit down. But there is no cleaner or sanitizer for customers to wipe with. The employees should be doing it anyway. They are out of chips about 60% of the time I come in. And if you order online, good luck getting a refund for the chips you surely won't get. You only are offered a coupon for free chips, which has an expiration date. You are SOL if you don't come back for your chips within a month. It's a scam. Employees do not care. They never empty trash, never clean tables, don't make enough chips for the day. It has been ran this way as long as I have been coming here(3+ years). The corporate owner or francisee should absolutely replace the management, as they are responsible for letting the crew get away with work that is way below par. And the new management should hire a new crew. The only reason I still come here is because I always do online pickup so I don't have to sit in filth while I eat and I don't want to drive downtown to the other location. If you can, go to the other location. The few times I have been, it was much nicer and staff was much more friendly. And they always had my chips waiting for me.

We’ve tried this Chipotle a few times and are always disappointed. The dining room is dirty. Every table was dirty tonight, and they just watch as you wipe it down with napkins. The soda machine tray was overflowing with ice, spilling all over the floor in front. All of the floors and windows are filthy. An employee came out and sat down with her customer friend until she was called back to the kitchen—one of only three occupied tables at 5 p.m. I guess wiping tables wasn’t her job. I really wonder if this lack of cleanliness carries over into the kitchen and food prep areas. This is disappointing because we like Chipotle, but we won’t be back to this one.

Had to clean our own table before we sat down, while ordering during 6:30pm, they were running out of several things. Food also didn’t taste of much. The fajita vegetables were seemingly just peppers and overcooked whatever else there was.

Have you been wondering for at least six months or longer why your delivery order is taking so long and maybe you should just go get it yourself?? Well really you should if the store making your food is on South Campbell. Online or Delivery orders hold very low value to this store due to the fact that the crew will make your order right away if you simply walk through the front door. Countless times I have entered this store to witness many delivery people standing and waiting for a ridiculous amount of time hoping to be able to deliver to their customer only to see the walk in customers leave in a much more timely manner with their food. This restaurant fails to recognize their very unprofessional performance not to mention that the poor customer sitting at home hoping to receive their meal will be waiting for no good reason. Chances are your online or delivery order will be the last ones made no matter how many times your delivery driver inquires about your order or how hard they try to get the restaurant to realize that you probably ordered first. By the way no excuses necessary from the management you know what you do.

RE: This restaurant has not improved. The staff of this restaurant abuses delivery people all the time. Delivery people cannot wait long time periods, it is a waste of the delivery person's time and gas. Please stop wasting people's time and please stop making us lose money because you don't care about the person waiting at home for their delivery order.

RE: This restaurant has never changed their ways. Your order will always be the lowest priority if you are ordering delivery. Pass this restaurant by because they do not value your business.

Store is gross & online orders are quite literally never correct. Goooood luck getting fajita veggies. Also, for whatever reason, there's a huge disconnect between FOH & BOH and once your online order is marked ready, you still have to beg the cashier to go check for it in the back after it's been marked ready for over 10 min. Truly don't know why I keep attempting to come here.

This was a horrible experience. Out of peppers and onions, out of queso, out of chips. There were 2 people who were actually working, the others were just standing around talking. NONE of the trash cans had been emptied and they were overflowing with trash. Worst dining experience I have ever had and I will NEVER be back. This particular location needs a complete U-Haul of staff and management.

My family and I LOVE Chipotle! Unfortunately, the two in Springfield have gone down hill. Especially the one located on Campbell! I understand things get busy and the dining area can get left behind at times, but I haven’t seen the dining area clean in a very long time now which grosses you out when you first walk in. I also don’t ever see any one wearing hair nets on their long facial hair. My main issue isn’t finding a hair in my food though. It’s food poisoning!! Twice now!
I went at the beginning of December 2024 and was soooooooo sick within hours after eating at the Campbell location. Worst experience and lasted almost 3 days. I quit going, but my family continued to pop in the other location on occasion. Well as much as we love Chipotle we received gift cards for Christmas from friends. I gave my card away because I never want to relive the sickness that I had gone through. Unfortunately, my husband kept his and used it last night at the Campbell location. I am now taking care of him and cleaning up as he is sick out of both ends . Stomach cramps, sulfur burps, sweats, fatigue, etc. No fever, not the flu, Food Poisoning! Beware!!!!!

I rarely go to chipotle since both locations are kinda far from me. I was craving it and was excited to get some so when it wasn’t good it’s disappointing. The chicken was EXTREMELY overcooked and super charred taste. Very gross. I couldn’t finish it. Guess I’ll stick to making my own chipotle bowl at home. At least I know how to cook chicken.
