This restaurant is unstaffed and not prepared. The people working are non stop but they are unbelievably behind with all order: in person, catering and online. Management needs to properly staff and prepare for each day better to have a better customer experience.

I’ve never had complaints about the food at this location and they seem to usually have everything on my bowl. (Not running out.)

I thought having the online pickup window would make things a little different. I don’t mind waiting a little bit for the food to be ready and the app tells me when it’s ready.

What makes things bad in my mind is when people wait for their order to be ready in the pick up line and the staff does not tell them to pull out and wait. My order has been ready for 30 minutes but someone in front is sitting at the window blocking the flow.

There’s no point in having the window if one person waiting is blocking everyone else when their order isn’t ready. Please staff, tell them to pull forward to wait.

I had high hopes for a new location. 3 visits and hoping for a better experience. Each visit same experience. Not clean. Order incorrect. I’m done.
My last visit the place was filthy. Restaurant not busy. 4 workers standing around and I had to clean my table. I left reviews after each visit on Chilpolte website. No response. Owners need to take a look. Message to staff.. “If you have time to lean…you have time to clean.” Take pride in your work.

My husband and I went in to eat on the 21st of December of 2025. We were very disappointed and possibly may not ever be back. The tables we're dirty and the service was what really made me upset.the man that started our order,was being as skimpy as possible on the ingredients. He literally gave me a half a scoop of rice . My husband asked him to please put the normal amount . The worker did the same rhing with all the ingredients. He was yawning the entire time and had nothing covering his beard . We have been to this location when it very first opened ,but this was sad that a new location would have this poor of service. And an added note ,the line was moving dreadfully slow and the food area was dirty looking

Every dining room table had old food on them. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. There were at least 6 employees but only one serving the walk in customers. Other employees were too busy doing very little. They were Out of brown rice and chicken. I asked that they get it from the other serving line for the drive through since we waited so long and was told they couldn’t do that. The table they sliced the food on was piled high with dirty pots and pans.
One of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. Poor management. Sad because the food is good at other Chipotles but certainly not worth the wait and uncleanliness of this particular store.

Today was my last day ever at Chipotle I decided to cater some food for my employees at the office and used the chipotle app for pick up I had it scheduled for 2:30. I arrived at 2:25 and the line was in the parking lot the line barely moves I wait there til around 2:50 and it hasn’t moved once. I had to be back by 3 so go in and ask if it’s ready and they told me it would be another 30 minutes or so but told me I could get a refund calling customer service. I called customer service 4 times and everytime got transferred to one person and then told to hold and it would always hang up on me. Very disappointing still no refund. Don’t go here!

Went in at 7 PM and there are two tables of people and no line. They were out of everything. One dude working the grill, everyone else standing around doing nothing. It is this way every time not matter what time of day.

Waited in line for pickup for 25 minutes just to be told to come back in an hour... Almost impossible to cancel the order to. Had to dispute with my credit card.

If I could give negative stars in would. I ordered 15 minutes before opening to make sure I'd get my food on time. I waited in the pickup line for 45 minutes past due time. Then when I get my order they didn't give me any red chimmichuri, of which I ordered 4 containers, they said they were out and it would take 30 minutes. What is the point of even using the app when I could've went in, ate, and left in less time?

I went into the store at 7:30pm. I was the only person in line. Taller girl asked me what I wanted. I said a burrito. She then asked me white or brown rice. I said white. Then she said, sorry we don’t have any rice. (Then why did you ask). I said politely, “ I’ll wait”. She said it take 25 minutes like she wanted me to leave. Well, leave I did, with a bad taste in my mouth. No rice at peak business hours. Wow. Bad customer service and horrible preparation.

This chipotle sucks. I’ve been here three times now, and every time, it’s awful. Slowest service( and the line isn’t long) never have food fresh, it’s always on its last leg.

I watched the worker take half a spoon full of black beans, put half of that portion on one burrito I had to buy, and then split into the other burrito.

Same with the protein.
You used to be able to get a great portion, for a decent price - not anymore I suppose.

It’s always something there.

If you want slow service, shitty portions, and an just another over priced chain

Then stop on by, just make sure you got a half hour to stand and wait.

Have to go eat qdoba….🫤

The food is excellent, the service is excellent however the cleanliness needs to improve. The floors and tables needed to be cleaned. They did not have anyone wiping tables or sweeping the floors. The food prep wasn’t clean either & chipotle is one of our favs so I hate to say something negative but the cleanliness needs to be addressed
