The food is excellent, the service is excellent however the cleanliness needs to improve. The floors and tables needed to be cleaned. They did not have anyone wiping tables or sweeping the floors. The food prep wasn’t clean either & chipotle is one of our favs so I hate to say something negative but the cleanliness needs to be addressed
Went to the new location on 10-30 around 8pm. Waited in line about 10min. Ready to place my order, out of white rice, steak and the new chimichurri. Went back in line still no carne asada, no chimichurri. Food was good, I just wish they were managed better.

I thought having the online pickup window would make things a little different. I don’t mind waiting a little bit for the food to be ready and the app tells me when it’s ready.
What makes things bad in my mind is when people wait for their order to be ready in the pick up line and the staff does not tell them...
