I have no better way to describe Civil Kitchen than just a really cool place. The restaurant is beautiful decorating and has a hip, welcoming vibe. Food was delish and the menu had the perfect balance of classic comfort American and dishes with a twist. We didn’t have any drinks but pursued their drink menu and they seemed to have a really fun menu.Parking: Minimal street parking outside the restaurant but there is a large public lot about 2 blocks away

Nice relaxing atmosphere for large space. We ordered chix & waffles with bourbon maple syrup, sweet potato waffle fries, apple pecan salad, and salmon; everything was delicious. Salmon prepared perfectly served with creamy mashed potatoes & fresh broccoli. Chicken was crispy yet juicy with airy waffle. Small salad is more than enough. Some of the best waffle fries we've had. Server was top notch. Highly recommend.

There fries are like no other fast food fries. That are the bomb you should definitely try them. They also have good soup too.Kid-friendliness: They do sell alcohol but they have kid friendly meals on the men. And it a chill safe place to eat, it's a place for all ages

This spot offers good drinks and good food. It’s not top tier but definitely a nice spot to meet up with some friends and grab a drink. It’s in a prime location at the heart of downtown. The service is usually great and prices are average.

Great place! Portions are huge and are worth the price! I got the Beef and Bleu Salad, Crack Bread, Pork Belly Banh Mi Tacos, and Civil Burger with House Fries! Everything was delicious! It was amazing and people here are friendly! Highly recommend!

One of the worst dining experiences of recent memory. Waited to be sat, went to the bar and had the bartender complain about their job the entire time to other staff. Messed up my partners food. Said it was because he was too soft spoke. Was not apologetic and made us feel unwelcome.

The civil burger is hands down my favorite burger in all of SGF. It literally just slaps. Nowhere else can even compare to civil burger. Anytime I’m craving a burger, this is where I HAVE to go to be satisfied lol. And the FRIES. OMG.
