Cold Stone Creamery

Hi Springfield! I was at the cold stone and asked for the love it size with a cone and got the like it size without a cone. Not only was my order completely wrong but I didn’t receive service until 3 minutes of waiting to begin with. There was 3 young men clearly choosing not to address the customers. Very disappointing to see the lack of quality service at such a normally great ice cream shop!

Very good! Very good and the atmosphere is amazing. I love the classic recipes of the ice cream. It taste so good and full of flavor and I like the custom toppings that you can put like strawberries.

I visited this location on 10-10-24 around 9pm. The customer service was awful. I was here on vacation with my family when I decided to treat my kids to some ice cream; because we don’t have a cold stone where we live. We got there and weren’t greeted at all. The staff just looked at us. When it was my turn to order, the girl just stared at me like are you going to order. Then more people walked in while I was ordering, and she interrupted me to greet them. When I was trying to grab my bowls from her, she insisted on just sitting them on the counter like she didn’t want to touch me. Both staff were very rude and prejudice. I will not be returning here ever again.

I went there on 10/5/24 at approx 2:30pm. All of the tables were dirty and sticky. I ordered the Moster Bash creation and requested pecans to be added. For about $9, I got a smaller portion than I asked for and no pecans at all. There seemed to be some confusion on the staff's part when I questioned it. I ended up just getting my usual Founder's Favorite on the remake. The ice cream was great but the cone was stale! I don't think ice cream cones are supposed to be chewy! All in all, a disappointment.

You always have to make a stop at any Coldstone! It was clean and had plenty of seating inside. It shares a plaza with BWW and Hobby Town. The service was a bit slow than I was used too but ice-cream is always worth it. The portion was smaller too but nonetheless, it was made to perfection because the taste is always delicious! Cold stone is a must!

The kids working in here really made it a fun experience. My family enjoyed the whole show! Singing and throwing ice cream.

Guy who works in the afternoons when I come in is pretty upbeat and looks like he enjoys what he does. It's very refreshing. Helpful and always gets my orders right. Goes above and beyond. ?

Update: I recently went in because I had a BOGO. I asked for to go but they were busy and made it to eat in store. So I asked for lids and got them, but I struggled with the dripping ice cream cause the cups were too full. I put em in a ziplock bag or I would've had a big mess. Then I get home and both the ice creams I got were bland. It was the sweet cream and strawberry. Just a tiny hint of sweetness. Not even the toppings could overcome it. And I asked for 1 topping to be swapped and it wasn't. Too disappointing. I ended up throwing both of em away after tasting.

Great ice cream and fast, friendly service. I had Strawberry blonde which a lot of strawberries, graham cracker crust, Caramel and which cream, delicious! Then there was the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip which was awesome. Definitely good stuff.

Service and portions are worth it!
