Normally I don't have a problem with coltons but tonight I did. I was dining alone in the bar area I need to use the ladies room really quit I wasn't about to leave my purse behind but I did leave keys on the table to let them know that I was still in there but the bus boy threw away my all of my food there was so much food left on my plate I didn't even eat half of my food.the kids apologized I was like cool I get it was accident but then my waitress walks over to me and had an attitude tells me he just a kid mind you all I said to him was you threw away my food. Then the manager came out and was like I can remake your plate I was just like naw it's good just get me the check because I was just so done and just wanted to leave I wish I got the waitresses name because she was so rude I would have put her on blast she was also behind the bar I'm sure management knows who she is. Anyway paid dollars and some change for food I barely got to eating no I didn't leave a tip.

Steak was improperly prepared l, had most of the gristle left on it and was not rendered off at all. This made it's cook uneven and over in some places. Service was standard, not above and beyond. Fries were not crispy at all, Mac and cheese was ok.

I made it Colton several times today was the worst that I’ve ever experienced it. Our waiter came and took our order and never came back until he brought our appetizer when I needed a refill on my drink. I had to go get it myself. He did not bring us our rolls until after our meal came. We may be seeing him three times through our whole meal. The food wasn’t as good as it usually is steak was very tough.

Took forever to get appetizers and came out cold , ordered the 8 oz fillet waiter came out 20 minutes later to say they were out so went with the T- bone , the okra I ordered with steak came out when meal was almost over and was not fully cooked . I gave this place a second chance and regret it , only reason I went back was the waiting time at Texas roadhouse was long. If yall want a good steak I suggest Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass

My family regularly visits Colton's on our way back from Branson. Everyone we go, we receive excellent food at outstanding prices. Karissa, our server today, provided the standard great service from Colton's. Highly recommend.

My wife and I eat here all the time and we ordered well done steaks and went and snd ordered took them to go got home and neither was cooked right. Called back immediately and it had been maybe 1015 minutes until they were going to close and so I had given them them my information for next time for a comped meal or two To be exact this happened on November 11, 2024. I went in there today after placing a to go order and even went in there with a receipt and they acted like I was just lying about the entire thing saying they have nothing on their end even though I’m showing them a receipt of November 11, 2024 and they are trying to make me pay for at least one meal When I’ve already purchased it, expecting it to be what I had ordered. I’m not gonna purchase it twice to cover Colton‘s ass. This is coming like a more of a common thing but to sit there and be treated like you’re just some sort of like a liar and to be asked for a receipt and for me to go out of my way to go find the receipt and bring it back and then still tell me I have to pay for it I wouldn’t eat here your liable to get your food messed up and they’re gonna make you pay for it again.

I ordered my sirloin tips medium rare they came out well done but I did not send them back because they Tasted very good anyway
