Corner 21 Chinese Cuisine

This was only our 2nd time at the new location but the service improvements were notable. Our waitress "V" was all smiles, friendly, helpful and prompt. Everyone was hustling and seemed overall a more friendly vibe and atmosphere than previously. The hot crispy fish is my absolute fave. Tonight I tried the duck. The skin was perfection and the broth was incredible. We will be back to try more.

Every time we go to Corner 21 we always have a good time. The food is impeccably good, the staff is always attentive to our needs, and will pop by often to check in. The atmosphere is welcoming from opening the door you are greeted by 2 things the staff, and the smell of all the delicious food people are ordering. Can't say enough great things about C21.

The food is consistently amazing every time we come. Its one of the best restaurants in springfield. I got the Dry Fired Calamari and my partner got the Beef Brisket soup, but we love many othe dishes, such as the veggies and brown sauce and the wonton soup. Vi always takes really good care of us and is a helpful and attentive server. Thanks for making such a great experience!

I have eaten Chinese Food from coast to coast in the USA. Corner 21 is the mist authentic, Best Chinese Food that I have ever eaten.

Was good food! We noticed a lot of people sharing their meal. Once we got our meal we saw why they did that because the portions were giant. I played it safe and got the pepper steak stir fry. It was good. They give you a large bowl of steamed rice to share. My husband got some spicy shredded pork with chilies in it, not sure what it was called but he loved it. I will get that next time. It was great.
We also the the pork dumplings. They are huge, they give you 8 of them and are very good. Overall good experience.

Temporarily closed

I waited for my food for OVER 2 HOURS. Was not spoken to once during that time
-until we asked how much longer. They said not much longer and then brought out 1 of our 3 plates lol. I ordered a Coke and waited the entire time for it. Several tables that arrived after us got their food way before us, but they had ordered many of the same dishes. I don’t even understand how this could happen. Horrible service. Was never apologized to.

Hard to order as no one spoke English. Food ok.

Anytime we come to Springfield, this place is our #1 spot to go eat!! The Greenbeans, Calamari, and Chinese broccoli are our absolute favorites!

I’d give negative stars across the board if I could. I was waiting to pick up an Uber order that I had to eventually unassign after 30 minutes waiting. I watched two black people being told to leave as soon as they walked in the door and an elderly gentleman who had been waiting 45 minutes. There was a family that were sitting there the entire time with no service until right before I left. There were however, certain clientele that were getting immediate service. Discrimination should not be tolerated in any form. I will personally never support a business that discriminates against its patrons.

By far the best Chinese I have every had. I had the pleasure of having the #15, Szechuan Spicy Chicken. I would rate it a 10 out of 5. Served pipping hot, a a good portion for the price. We will go out of our way, if needed, to stop by here when we are anywhere close, and we live in Topeka, KS. Enjoyed this food a whole lot more than at that roll throwing place.
