The server was nice, and she came back several times to check on us. The food was very good.

The food (sausage, eggs, ham) was a bit bland. The French toast was burned, but they remade it and it was better.
The service was a little slow.
Overall it wasn’t our typical Cracker Barrel experience.

Kids food came out cold so they microwaved it after waiting for 15 minutes. Eggs were undercooked. Biscuits never came out until we were leaving and they were not fully cooked.. Manager didn't credit anything. I've been going to this location for years and won't be going back now. Worst experience at a Cracker Barrel. Bad management, service, and the cook is either new or doesn't care about their job.

Food good, as was the service. The sides are small portioned and the pricing of extra sides is a shocker when you get a small bowl of greens for over a buck 50..seems excessive to me but I gotta have em with my chicken fried chicken

The food was really good, but the best part of our visit Saturday was the waitress we had. She was outstanding, she made our visit and everyone she waited on worth coming to Cracker Barrel.

We went to Cracker Barrel today during the snow storm in Springfield Missouri. Everyone there was welcoming and cheerful despite having to be there in the bad weather. Our server was great. Food was great. The manager was there and visible and check on us. Top notch restraunt!
