Literally come here so much. Absolutely love the food. I don’t like fish but I get the chicken roll with mixed greens and sweet soy and omgosh amazing and my kiddos who are picky eaters love it as well.

I came in and got two poke bowls to go and the guy that helped me, his name was Jade and he had a blue beanie, he was extremely nice and extremely helpful! The food is always amazing, the service is always spectacular! This is probably my favorite place to eat at in all of Springfield.

We ordered Miso Soup, California, and Philadelphia rolls. Typically they are just the roll. But this time all of the rolls had some sort of topping that is usually not present. On the Philadelphia roll there was some sort of crunchy topping which turned out to be very unique. But with the California roll there was like a wasabi sauce on it which turned out to be pretty spicy. Because typically standard rolls are not spicy and ok for kids; but they did not want to eat it because of the unexpected spice. If I would order from them I would definitely specify if you want sauce or not especially for kids. And the Miso soup not the best that I have had but the Philly role was really good.

Great service, clean, quick, delicious, reasonably priced.
My only complaint is Luke warm water but I could just add ice. Also my try isn't big enough for setting my cup, sauce, and utensils in if I order a side.
I'm being extremely picky here. I love this place. Easy 5 stars.

They have a good selection of food and it's customizable for different dietary restrictions! I have a gluten intolerance and finding safe sushi is a challenge. Craft Sushi has their gluten free and vegan ingredients marked on their "create your own" section of the menu. I've had both their Thai chicken and Tasty Tofu bowls and both were delicious!
My only complaint is that the restaurant can be a little loud
