This really wasn't good. Not sure why people love this place so much, but the output of their product is just flat out weird. The quality of the flavor is very sub part. The next step down would be convenience store sushi. The food seemed decently fresh.

This place was absolutely amazing, this was our first time here and didn’t realize they were closing for the holiday. They made our bowls without question. I have the California Roll made into a bowl and my husband had the mermaid bowl. This place will definitely be on our list of repeat places. If you have not checked out Craft Sushi, what are you waiting for?

This is an awesome place that is my new obsession. Every time I am in Springfield, this is always a must stop. The food is high quality, great and filling without feeling guilty. It is independently owned and they take a lot of pride in everything. Even the tea, which is all awesome is homemade which tells you the attention to detail they have. It is very hard to find good, fresh and healthy food choices out there. This is definitely one of the best. My only complaint (but a backhanded compliment) is that they don’t have more locations. My only suggestion (not a complaint) would be to add a few appetizer options (I.e. spring roll, or similar) and possibly a dessert option but everything is great.
