Ya'll should eat at Craft Sushi! Their food is fresh, the ladies that work in there are really sweet and friendly, and the atmosphere is laid back and enjoyable.I am a regular, and I often get takeout. The wait time is not long at all. I am usually right back out the door in under 8 minutes.

Love this place, I get the rolls almost on a weekly basis. I also get it delivered through DoorDash which is a godsend! My only complaint about the ordering process on DoorDash is that you can just add additional stuff on the rolls but have to recreate the entire favorite roll but with additional ingredients. I have no problem being charged for the extra stuff; I expect it but it does suck because some of the ingredients aren’t available when creating your roll that you enjoy on the regular roll. Also, you can’t order the drinks! I love their specialty drinks like their tea or sodas which is a sin! Lol when I tried to just preorder for pickup on their website it wouldn’t let me but had to wait for when the restaurant is already open. Since DoorDash charges more because it’s through a different party, I figured that I order online for pickup through their website instead and just pick it up without waiting in line. I know I know my complaints are not that serious hence the high scores; they are trivial but I can’t help but bring it to attention and maybe craft sushi night fix the DoorDash problems at least.Vegetarian options: You can build your own bowl or roll and they offer vegan/vegetarian options. My best friend is a strict vegan and she was the one to introduce it to me because she found it on Happy Cow.

Bright and clean inside. Friendly staff. Built my own sushi roll and bowl. Had the honey chicken with lots of veggies. All of the veggies were super fresh and tasted wonderful. Wish there was one of these in Saint Louis. Will definitely come here again on my next trip to Springfield.Vegetarian options: Could easily order and be satisfied with a vegetarian meal.Dietary restrictions: Had menu items labeled for vegan and gluten free. Had options for raw fish but also cooked chicken, beef, and sautéed mushrooms.
I’m about a month late on this, but I highly recommend Craft Sushi Rolls & Bowls on E Republic. Great bowls, fantastic service, and overall great experience! While you’re out and about buying the kids stuff for Christmas, stop and treat yourself!

This place has made it to my favorites list. The ladies working were very friendly, everything looked clean and fresh. I ordered a craft bowl with white rice, marinated beef, carrots, edamame, avocado, and cucumbers. I topped it off with crunchy tempura, sriracha mayo and toasted sesame seeds. It was delicious, I was definitely not disappointed at all, everything was fresh. I also ordered a side of pickled Asian slaw and seaweed salad. Both were not soggy, they were well pickled and crunchy fresh. My daughter ordered a sushi roll which was pretty much a California roll topped with spicy sriracha mayo and crunchy tempura. Delicious! Makes me crave it just writing about it. There's nothing I would change about this place. I would probably eat here everyday if I could. Fresh and tasty is always important and they have definitely succeeded in that area.
