Cupcakes in Springfield, MO

“We ordered cupcakes for my daughter's gender reveal and she asked did you feel all the cupcakes or just some and the girl proceeded to tell my daughter what the color was. my daughter is the mother and her day was ruined. Then when confronted the girl lied said she asked the color and that my daughter didn't look pregnant. When they were orderd the guy clearly stated it was on the order form to not say anything. Although the cupcakes are good they have lost my business. On top of ruining the day they made her pay. Do better“

“Not only are the cakes delicious, but the owners and all of the employees are extremely kind and generous! I ordered and paid for a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving. Well, I got so busy cooking and cleaning, I forgot to pick it up. I was so upset and felt horrible, worried no one would even be available if I emailed. I think it was the store owner that did, and was so kind to meet me at 7 am to pick it up Thanksgiving morning!!!! I can’t praise this place, the owners, and staff enough for their kindness!!!“

“You always have to make a stop at any Coldstone! It was clean and had plenty of seating inside. It shares a plaza with BWW and Hobby Town. The service was a bit slow than I was used too but ice-cream is always worth it. The portion was smaller too but nonetheless, it was made to perfection because the taste is always delicious! Cold stone is a must!“
