Been looking for great chocolate malt and strawberry malts. It was just okay chocolate didn't have a good chocolate taste, strawberry one was good. Came home put them in the freezer shower. After a half hour they wasn't frozen. They very airy.

Go here if you want fraudulent charges on your debit card. I went through the drive-thru and the girl kept my card, next morning $500 in charges. Owner acted like nothing happened, said security footage was down so he couldn't check but would get back to me. That never happened. Fortunately the bank was able to reverse the charges. I've heard other similar stories about this location. Sketchy sketchy sketchy.

I could barely hear drive thru speaker and when I said hello they informed my that the message that I couldn't hear said order when ready. That was before my experience today when I was told that they were working on the kitchen and I couldn't order food and this was at lunch time. Always enjoy the food but customer service could use some work.

So the dining room area appeared very clean and welcoming. The food was also hot and fresh (I had a 6pc Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Basket with fries and toast). The food's taste quality was good but the cockroach that landed on our dine in table was not as appetizing as the food was. I'm going to give two stars because it looks like they do take care of the establishment and the food was good, but the pest control seems to be lacking. We all just have to realize, every place as pests, but it's all in what you see.
Possibly the best DQ in Springburg, or maybe even the U.S.! The people are always friendly and the food is pretty consistent. Their soft serve is as smooth and creamy as it gets. The dining room is also clean.

Our food was not fresh at all! Everything seemed to be old and reheated, it was extremely dried out and my kids chicken strips seemed to be refried to heat up in old oil. You could smell the bad oil through out the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I actually had not been to DQ for years but I needed to get an ice cream cake for a birthday dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the employees attentiveness. I will be back for sure.
