honestly worst expierience ever awful customer service woman in the drive through was so rude and HORRIBLE food. Place was very filthy and you can tell not cleaned very often. Food was cold and tasted nasty. I waited for my food for like 20 minutes that’s not very fast food for a fast food place.

Good portion sizes and the staff were friendly. I ordered a chicken strip basket and the tenders were moist and crispy on the outside. I didn’t care for the ranch but the gravy was delicious and not too liquid. Overall a great experience would recommend.(edit was 5 stars after eating i realised they forgot my toast)

I needed an ice cream cake. Went in and asked. They directed me to the fridge. I picked the one I wanted. Went to the counter and paid. Very friendly staff lady. Overall great experience.

My wife likes the ice cream cakes here so we get one every year
We walked in at 8:30 p.m. and ordered four Blizzards. I checked in at 8:43 and realized nobody had even started our order. We were the only people in the dining room. I was told, “We have DoorDash orders to fill,” and also, “The cashier never told us about the order.” That makes no sense. Why did they think my family of four was standing by the registers? What did they think we were waiting for? It’s 2025. Don’t they have any kind of system to track orders?
I asked for a refund and waited another 3 to 4 minutes while they figured out how to process it. The person who appeared to be the owner glanced over at me a few times but never stepped in to help or make things right. So we left. We will not be coming back.

Terrible drive-thru service. I ordered a quart of vanilla, frozen. Got to the window to pay. Employee appeared to have problems with my change. Finally got my change. Then sat there while 3 employees were talking about something. Finally one of them started filling a container with ice cream. They brought it to the window and I explained that I had ordered frozen. I was told that they do not have frozen, only soft. I have bought frozen many times before and never had a problem. I don’t know what their problem was, but you obviously have a problem with knowledgeable and competent employees.
