We come here every Sunday! The staff are absolutely amazing! The food is great and the coffee is unbeatable! Our waitress Jenn always remembers our orders and made our experience so enjoyable!

I was excited to have Denny's during our visit to Springfield, but it was one of the worst visits to Denny's. I would have given them a 1 star, but I have had worse food/service at other chains. It's disappointing that the Denny's in my town was closed down when it was much better than this location. Half of our food was cold when it came out, the egg's texture was like the bagged eggs or the cheap eggs you would get at a hotel. My daughter hated the jr birthday cake pancakes and refused to eat them, but she always eats the similar version IHOP has. The bacon was flavorless and extra chewy. My husband did enjoy the ham, although it was charred... I don't think we will ever visit another Denny's after this experience. $38 for a crummy experience. What a waste.

I was there as a dasher and had a limited amount of time to pick up the order.
There was 5 people there, all sitting at the same table in this big establishment.
The order was only about 2 combos. Very small.
They smiled at me and said nothing every time they came back to the front to do whatever they were doing.
No communication. And as a dasher, I catch the brunt of it. I get dinged for being late. I lose money because I’m paid for every order, not by the hour.
I will never dash for Denny’s ever again because it hurts my rating and stunts my pay, while the communication is nonexistent.
Please, shut the last Denny’s in Springfield down. The only people who go there are old people stuck in the late 80’s and early 90’s. I promise they won’t miss it. Not to mention, it smells like Golden Corral, ie. a nursing home…. Pee.
