My server name was Dawn. She was very sweet and had a good since of humor. I order the the grand sandwich with seasoned fries and a Dr. Pepper. I finished every last bit of my food. I never once had to ask for a refill cause Dawn wasn't on top of it. As soon as one table would leave she was on top of bussing her tables. Also I have heard the store got re-vamped within the last few months. May be why it is mucher better than what it was. About a year ago I came in and it was a horrible time. Much much better. Highly recommend!

The hostess acted as if we bothered by our presence. The food too forever and was mediocre at best. All while the franchise owner rabled on and on and on in the booth next to us onboarding a new manager. Made the experience super annoying.... The server was at least sweet

A couple years ago this place was really good but now every potato item you order WILL be burnt. And even if they aren't burnt, the hash browns are absolutely disgusting. They're like strings 🤮 And I have no idea what's wrong with the gravy but it's not gravy.

We went to the Denny's on Campbell in Springfield, Mo. We had a very nice breakfast. Our waitress, Brittany, was very good, also. The multi-grain pancakes were great! I do think they could do a better job in keeping the outside entrance cleaned.
