This Dickey’s is a step above the rest in every way! Their service from the second you walk-in to the second you leave is personable and top notch. The food is always amazing and never subpar, I know the staff plays a huge part in ensuring everything that goes out is quality and fresh! I’ve never been a huge fan of Dickey’s, multiple locations, and this location is my new favorite place for a quick lunch!

So I walk into Dickey’s thinking I’m just grabbing a simple 6-piece wing meal. Nothing dramatic. Nothing wild. Just some wings to get me through the day.

But then — Landon shows up.

The moment my order comes out, Landon looks at that 6-piece like it’s the beginning of some ancient prophecy. He nods slowly, like he’s inspecting a rare artifact pulled from a lost temple. And suddenly… everything changes.

First wing? Perfect. I take a bite, and Landon immediately leans back, crosses his arms, and goes, “Yeah… that’s exactly how I taught them to season it.” The worker behind the counter hears him and doesn’t even question it. Just nods like, “Yes sir.”

Halfway through the meal, the ranch lid won’t open. I’m struggling with it like it’s welded shut. Before I can even ask, Landon reaches over, flicks it with ONE finger — pshhk — pops right open like it was obeying him.

Then comes the crazy part.

Somewhere across the restaurant, someone goes, “Dang, they forgot my wings…” and before the employee can even respond, Landon steps forward like he’s stepping into the ring.

He goes to the counter, taps it twice, and says, “Check the warmer.”

They open it…

There’s a full tray of wings sitting there that EVERYBODY somehow missed.

People legit gasped.

Some guy whispered, “He… he sensed them.”

By the time I finished my 6-piece, three different families had asked Landon for help—one for napkins, one for a stuck soda lid, and one just wanted him to bless their food.

On the way out, the manager stopped him and said, “Sir… you increased morale in here by at least 50%. Please come again.”

All I wanted was 6 wings.
Landon turned it into a five-star, wings-and-wonder experience I’ll never forget.

We love Dickey's barbecue. Their food is amazing. But when we ordered our last DoorDash order, it was wrong. We ordered 3 sliders and sliced beef brisket, and some sides. We did not get our 3 sliders, we got one and we're missing some sides. I was very disappointed because we have always been very

Absolutely astounding service. Was given a friendly and respectful greeting. Was also served in a timely manner! I even got to see the process of them making it hot and fresh which was an extra treat for good food.

Everything tasted fantastic with a good balance. They even have a setup for your own sauce selection with toppings for your sandwich on the side to pick and choose.

Overall, it was a fantastic decision to come and eat here today.

Dickey bbq sends me a text message saying use code in-store or online. I drive to the store I cant use the code instore ots on-line exclusively. They clearly read the message stating otherwise. Tell me it works online. Worthless
