Pizza was good but they may need more training on the pizza cutter 😂

3rd time at this location. First 2 experiences were good. I owe them 2 five star reviews. Last visit was a shock. Pizza cutter guy not into geometry. 3 gigantic slices and the rest were samples for the food court. Toppings were not like the first visits. Eye strain looking for the pepperoni and sausage. Still a great location. Will try try again. As my guy Meatloaf once said, “two outta three ain’t bad”

Your guys’ pizza is top notch for a chain. But this time, I was truly blown away by not the pizza, but the customer service that I received. Brandt, Brant…(spelling?) was phenomenal. I pulled up to the pickup window, placed an order and he was such a nice genuine person which is so rare nowadays. He asked me to pull up again in 15 so he could serve the other customers behind me. Again, great customer service move and very heads up on his part. Not only did the he make sure I was taken care of but he took the time and effort to deliver the pizza to my truck before 15 minutes and before I could pull back up to the window. Domino’s: if you don’t do everything in your power to keep ahold of this gent and position him within the organization where he belongs, you will lose out on a phenomenal employee when another company values the incredible assets that he brings to your customers! Brandt, thank you again for the stellar service and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Thank you for making my day!

They forgot the cheese on my entire pizza lol. I had the garlic white sauce so that's why some spots look like white cheese. But nope, no cheese 😅

I just ordered one of their pan pies and it was disgusting. I remember when they went through all the trouble to improve it some years ago and it was genuinely good, but now the fake butter or crappy cheese or fake oil, or whatever it is they use to release it from the pan, is just horrible. We got through three slices and one of those went to my dog. It didn't even smell like pizza as we couldn't eat it and tossed the whole thing. The smell lingered in the kitchen for about an hour. Good job racing to the bottom. It was dreadful. What makes me mad is that Domino's has to know this. Everyone in the store has to know this. I can't be the only one who think it's terrible. For a while they were really trying to improve, then some moron at corporate probably found a way to cheapen it, and thinks it's good enough for you and probably got promoted. It's true crap and I won't be back. The only reason we tried was because of the drive-up window. It's a shame and I feel sorry for the franchisee who has to peddle that thing.

It took a while for one of the two employees in the kitchen to walk to the pickup window. Apparently their conversation was more important than some late night customer. When one did he was short and unfriendly in his communication. I immediately knew just how much of a burden I was to him. I asked for some paper plates as I had a few mouths to feed. That request just added to his disgust. I knew by the two paper plates he rudely gave me.
The large pizza literally had about half of the toppings that a medium would have.
It was obvious that there was not a manager on duty. When I called to speak to one regarding my experience she just didn't seem to interested in hearing my complaint. Worst experience with Domino's I have had in the 40 something years that I have been eating their pizza!
In fact, is the worst experience I've ever had involving the pizza. That should suffice

Always hot and fresh every time! We love this location for that reason. Heads up though they don't give out individual red pepper flakes or parmesan packets so you have to buy a mini shaker of them.

Wanted to charge a $4.79 delivery charge on a $15 order. None of that delivery charge goes to the driver. No thanks.

Food was hot when we arrived and ready to go. The thin crust pizza was delicious!
