App sent my order to the wrong store. The young man there who I assume was the manager. Informed us the app did this several times today. Remade our order, upgraded the garlic knots and added a brownie. Great job young man. That's what customer service is all about

I'm through with this place. I have had constant food quality issues with this store. The area manager gave me a few free pizza coupons last time but I really don't care at this point since I'm getting coupons for junk. It's this store only though. Unfortunately, I'm forced to get delivery from here. This time they forgot to add my jalapenos I paid for AND the bread on my sandwich was FAR from toasted. it was doughy. Which was the EXACT same issue I had last time. Doughy pizza! This location needs to get their ovens fixed or get better training. If not, this place needs it's franchise license taken away or they need to allow customers to get delivery from another store.

I've never gotten a good pizza from this location. The store is 1.5 miles from my house yet I've never gotten a fresh and hot pizza.
There are always small pieces of random unwanted toppings. Half of the time the pizza is skimpy on actual ordered toppings.
I'd pay extra to have the Kearney street location deliver to me!

I ordered pizza and wings from this location and used the tracker and timed it to getting there just after it said my food was ready. I got to the window and asked to switch out my dipping sauce and was told I could since I couldn’t through the app. I paid for my food and they said it would be just a minute. Ten minutes later they said they forgot to cook dinner the wings and it would be another 10 minutes. I saw them move the pizzas out from under the heat lamps and onto the counter by the window. It took me a minute to realize they were my pizzas getting cold. I got their attention and asked for a refund and they said they would go get a manager. Another 8 minutes later the same employee came and had my wings and said they told him it would take at least 5-7 business days to refund. I said I didn’t care and to process it and he said he’d have to find the manager again. I said never mind and I’d take care of it later and took my food (which one pizza tasted good, one was deep dish and not cooked through and the wings barely had sauce on them).
I contacted their customer service later on and they made contact and stated they would make it right and send coupons to replace the product. That was 3 weeks ago and I never received anything. I guess I’ll have to reach back out…

It's good when it's good. Especially if you get what you ordered instead of someone else's order. Called and told them about the mix up and they said that they would send out the correct one. That was well over an hour ago at the time of this review and I don't think I'll be getting the correct pizza I ordered.

Ordered a pizza and sandwich through the app at 11:10 am with a future delivery time of 12:30 pm. At 12:37 I called to see what the issue was because I’m literally right across the road from them. They said it was going to be another 20 minutes. They ask that I throw in a tip when I made the order, so I threw in 15%. Do not tip this store before it’s delivered.
Order cancelled!!!

Ordered the Garlic Parm wings 10pc . This is what I got. They were tiny, like the frozen ones you by at Walmart by Tyson tiny. My husband ordered a Hawaiian pizza. They failed to say they now have a "new" HP that has bell pepper on it. The service was horrible when we picked it up. Took them forever to find our order because when I called it in the guy didn't take a name. When my husband took our food back (it takes a lot for me to send wings back ) the guy argued with him. We finally got our money back and will never buy from this location again. I'll definitely never get wings from Dominos again. To see good wings check out another review I've left for Fuddruckers.

My food was thrown in front of my door. And my pizza was under cooked. I’ve had nothing but problems with this location and it’s always when I choose delivery. I’m not sure what is going on but I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
